Gerne wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr gut, ausreichend und genügend Auswahl. Super Betten.

Wenig Ablagefläche im Bad. Der Föhn ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionierte.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Leichter Schimmelbefall in der Dusche. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Viel Geld für wenig Leistung.

Frühstück war Standart. Nichts besonderes.

Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Relativ laut. Bei Ankunft haben wir nach einer Flasche Wasser gefragt. Die Antwort: Die gibt es nur bei der nächst höheren Kategorie! Unsere Kategorie hat für eine Übernachtung lediglich 119,-€ gekostet ( incl. Kurtaxe 127,-€ ) Da ist eine Flasche Wasser wirklich zuviel verlangt!!!

Sehr gut für einen Städtetrip

Das historische Gebäude besticht durch sein ansprechendes Ambiente und eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl und ist von guter Qualität. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in wunderbaren Hotel, gerne wieder.

Freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Schloss und Zentrum. Ruhige und entspannte Lage mit wunderschönem gepflegten Garten. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Wir hatten 2 EZ mit Frühstück gebucht und es war für uns alles perfekt. Eines der Zimmer hatte einen möblierten Balkon. Minibar vorhanden. Das Hotel wir nach und nach renoviert und bekommt in absehbarer Zeit eine Klimaanlage, Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

Gelungener Aufenthalt!

Frühstück war super und die Lage toll unmittelbare Nähe Schloss Wernigerode. Super Blick zum Brocken und Altstadt.

Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung mit einigen Abstrichen

kostenfreier Parkplatz, Frühstück relativ gut, jedoch nur Filterkaffee (Kaffeespezialitäten nur mit zusätzlicher Bezahlung)

laute Lüftung im Bad, welche auch nachts mehrmals über mehrere Minuten laute Geräusche von sich gab, die auch bei geschlossener Badtür absolut störend waren und den Schlaf erheblich behinderten; Doppelbett ungewöhnlich schmal, entspricht nicht dem Standard für optimalen Schlafkomfort (es sollten mindestens 90 cm sein)

Klein, fein und oho!!

Wundervoll gelegen, am Fusse der Burg, 10 Gehminuten zur traumhaft schönen Altstadt, liegt dieses zauberhafte, ruhige, kleine Hotel. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Grosses Kompliment für die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen!

Luxurious mansion hotel with excellent service in a perfect location

Beautiful mansion hotel with old school charm but modern facilities at the foot of a wooded hill topped by a castle offering fantastic views of the Harz hills (15-20 mins walk). Also, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the charming city centre

Decent hotel in good location, would not stay again

Great breakfast, friendly staff, great location for starting walks.

Housekeeping barely refreshed towels and simply did not refill toilet paper. Had to go buy in supermarket after asking 10 times and getting fed up. Hotel staff kept watering the lawn daily amidst a horrible heatwave and drought. What an incredible waste of drinkwater, very dissappointing.

A touch of class mid way between castle and the town centre

Paid a little extra to upgrade and I could have lived permanently in the one bedroom apartment, it was so roomy and comfortable. The position was good. A little out of town but took less than 10 minutes to get to centre and half way up to the castle.

Only one minor complaint- dead flies in the central light fitting.

We didn't want to leave!

It's absolutely gorgeous, styled with beautiful vintage interior. The staff were lovely and helpful, car parking was free, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great too!

Pleasant

Location was good. Quiet no traffic noise. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Room was clean

Few irritating items. We had a balcony room out the back which was good to sit out. But so did the smokers and if you keep the windows open as you do in summer we were stunk out with cigarette smoke. Air conditioning would have made it more comfortable. The bath fan switched on and off at random times and once night stayed on all night. Noisy too so needed to keep bath door closed. Hotel staff reckon this was normal. But it was annoying as you want the fan on while showering to prevent steaming the place up and certain not on all night when not needed. Nice we had a bar fridge. (Few places do) nicer if it cooled. It only main a few degrees less than room temp so beer and soft drinks were warm. Use the bar downstairs.

Perfect stay

The accommodation was splendid and I would say luxurious and that could be seen from the very beginning while entering the beautiful garden and later the reception, dining room and rooms. That apart from the spacious and well equipped rooms, breakfast and the very very kind staff.
