Уймите своих невоспитанных уборщиц

- отличное расположение: все рядом, что нужно - магазины, рестораны с НЕ китайской кухней, старбакс прям в здании отеля, 7-eleven через дорогу, метро тоже рядом. - в номере есть все необходимое - на завтраке можно найти европейскую еду - персонал помогал вызвать такси, разменять деньги и т.д.

- уборщицы просто терроризируют. Мне не нужна уборка каждый день, и я включала лампочку у двери "Не беспокоить", и я не понимаю, почему это так сложно понять и НЕ БЕСПОКОИТЬ?! Они постоянно меня дергали: один раз они пытались ВОЙТИ ко мне в комнату, хотя горело "не беспокоить", я открыла, они дали мне табличку с информацией, что, мол, нужна уборка, звоните по номеру. Потом они мне еще один раз звонили в другой день. Они БЕГАЛИ за мной по коридору с криками: "Cleaning!". Просто зачем?!! Вы считаете, что ЭТО говорит о высоком уровне сервиса? Нет. Это абсолютное неуважение к чужим границам и к мнению клиента. Это испортило мне впечатление об отеле. - уборку при этом, при такой настойчивости, они делают не очень тщательно. Я видела пыль, они не убирали мокрые ватные диски из душевой. - в целом отель старый. Видно, что фойе сделано идеально, но когда поднимаетесь в номера - там старый ковролин, старая мебель со сколами, и тд Но это довольно частое явление во всех китайских отелях, где я была.

Great location & some staff need to wake up

Great location, nice views and good range of food. club lounge was adequate.

Attitude of some staff members. We are in 2024….stop with the white culture worship. it’s saddening and pathetic to see. Plain rude how some staff were given preferential treatments to people based on their skin tones, while we couldn’t even get a simple hello when walking in and out. I stayed at the JW Marriot Beijing Central a couple of days before and the service and attitude was a huge difference.

Beijing Qianxi Hotel

The location is very convenient with the metro station nearby. The room is clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool was not open. Breakfast price was too high for the local standard.

Hotels with aging facilities

The hotel is in a great location, with a subway station just outside and many good restaurants nearby. And the bedding is very comfortable, and I can sleep soundly after a tiring day.

The hotel receptionist at check in was very unprofessional and had a very cold attitude. A lot of the information she provided was wrong, and she assigned us a room at the end of the corridor. Fortunately, we met a professional employee at check out who helped us solve the problem left by her colleague.

Disgusting hotel. We regret staying here. Better book somewhere else!

Location is next to metro. Bathroom is big and tub next to the window (which is dirty...)

Old hotel, smelly hallway and smelly rooms. All the furniture has dents and cracks, the windows were dirty. The rooms are loud, we could even hear phone notifications from people in the hallway. The shower head was super old and the shower handle was so old and calcified it became very hard to turn and it actually really hurt our fingers (I'm not kidding, and I'm a strong guy). But the worst really were the sanitary facilities in the spa/pool area. This was beyond disgusting (pictures attached). It made the spa/pool unusable.

This hotel is amazing. very beautiful and clean. good location. staff were super nice and professional. my bed was very clean and comfortable. i slept like a baby.

The worst stay ever! No one deserves it!

The only good thing there is the receptionists were really helpful and kind even to angry annoyed me. I’m writing this review with sorrow to those ppl who tried their best to keep that outdated overpriced leviathan afloat. Also, ppl speak English which is relieving.

I can’t call myself a great traveler but I have stayed in many hotels of different price ranges in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, Germany, and Taiwan and this is the worst experience that I hope I will never have again in my life. -I believe the hotel has two options of views was really hoping to spend a nice staycation in a nice hotel room with a view but got a view of a some “Pruitt Igoe” style green ghetto. Was hugely disappointed but too shy to ask for the change and have never been asked if I like it. You know, just a “take it or leave it” attitude. -HORRIBLE SOUND ISOLATION IN HALLWAYS was awakened every morning by ppl leaving from other rooms. - hotel feels old and poorly maintained. Dirty mirrors in the bathroom, no toothbrush splashes but just dusty and with oily fingerprints. The vanity mirror has no light which could be very handy because the whole lighting in the room is a bit too dim. - Strange work (let’s put it this way) of shower cabin drainage. No hot water in the sink! Cheap plastic of shower heads in shower cabin, c’mon guys is it a five stars piece of property of a world renowned brand or none air BnB thing? The bath and sink have “Grohe” and the shower has something unpleasant. - Tiny shower gel, shampoo samples super generic nothing fancy, feels like the hotel wants to save money. Never been asked if I have enough of everything, I was the one who had to ask for things which isn’t comfortable - Toilet doesn’t flush properly - I had to take some notes and grabbed a pen nearby phone and it was broken. So you guys prefer to save on pens rather than keep the reputation of the brand? - The TV is old and small - Buffet isn’t too good, not much variety no European no
