Litle bit old room, but acceptable

Neighborhood was calm and relaxed.
You can't walk to the main attractions, but you can reach plaça de catalunya with just one metro.

A quiet, rezidential area, near bus stops and metro.
The comfy bed and the refill water machine.
The staff from reception to cleaning and restaurant.
well, we have an opinion about not have a toilet brush near toilet but that's not a minus, it's our mind.

Beds are very comfortable, great Lis tino . Nearby metro and bus station. Stores, pharmacy and bistro. Very clean.
Ultranza tight for a 4 persons. Hardly any space to move. Bathroom did not have shelf’s to place those toiletries.breakfast is not good for the value. Not many choices for the $ amount.

It was fully renovated in the rooms and was nice and clean/quiet. Had free water for drinking and the shower pressure was excellent.

It's a very nice place to stay in Barcelona. Bus stop and metro station in a short distance from the hotel. SUPERNICE STAFF :) This hotel is placed in a calm district, so good place to rest after long trips in the city center. Nice and comfortable lobby for work and informal meetings.
A little bit more of vegetables and fruits could be served by breakfast

Very nice neighbourhood and very relaxing with amazing residential buildings around the hotel. Calm athmosphere should be appreciated. The people who work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. GRACIAS.
The beds are comfortable.
The wi-fi is good enough.
We also loved the breakfast. There is a metro station nearby which is also a good thing.
The 24h reception is useful. Everything was very clean.
Once again - the breakfast is a huge plus here (there is some variety plus every single food product was very good and we also liked the drinks they offer)
The view is not good /you stare at walls/windows basically when looking out of the room window.. It is a bit expensive considerring the location and room size - far from the central tourist area /Rambla etc. / but I did love that neighbourhood , I would not wish to stay in the super busy area in fact.
+ there is no luxury/ nothing extra for that price. I did not look for luxury at all, to be honest, but for that price someone might offer more or I might expect a bit more. That said, Barcelona is generally expensive, if you look at hotel prices

The staff was friendly
The bathroom was terribly dated with a shower head that spewed water everywhere. We could feel the springs in the mattress. There was construction work right outside our window the whole afternoon we were never notified about. The rooms are poorly isolated and you can hear every neighboring room. It desperately needs refurbishment. As for 154€ a night you can stay at many decent 4* hotels.

Staff is really warm-attituded and helpful; bed is good and water pressure is divine, you can actually wash long hair :) Very good room service - the cleaning ladies look like underpaid so if you are satisfied with your room's cleanliness, don't forget to leave some good tip for them, it's the hardest work in hotel. Good coffee and fresh fruits in breakfast. Calm and quiet neighborhood; there are also a few little amazing fruit shops nearby, just some steps from the street corner :)
Paper-thin walls - you can hear absolutely everything like they are living in your room. Luckily we had very quiet neighbors. Beware of the air conditioner at night! It blows right on you and we both got sick on the 2nd day of our stay - luckily we had a window in our toilet so that helped out. For northern-europeans the breakfast is quite minimalistic - tasteless scrambled eggs and little sad sausages with no taste - but there are croissants, ham and cheese, tomatoes and fresh fruits, which is fantastic (beware - they may not wash the fruits - if you don't want to risk, the sink is on the left of the service door - just wash them, it's ok)! The minus side of the quiet location is that you have to travel a lot by the subway - the whole Barcelona's subway just takes too much time, long walking distances underground etc - avoid it as much as possible and plan your route. There is also a clever trick about the transportation ticket system which we discovered on our last day when 10-time card had just ended: the line L6 that comes to Tres Torres station is a train not a metro line - so if you decide to come home with a single ticket from plaza de Catalunya f.e, you have to buy 2 tickets: one for metro line and one for train line (train tickets are sold in a yellow ticket machine, metro tickets in red and white machine). If you still have your 10-time card (7,95€), you don't have to worry, it works in both metro and train lines.

The breakfast, just poor

The room stinked so bad like cigarettes, although it was a non smoking room. The parking is 20 EUR in top, and it is so narrow, steep and small. I waited for the receptionist for quite some time to appear. Bathroom was dirty, had many stains. So overpricey for such quality. Will look for another hotel in Barcelona next time.

The man who greeted us was very nice and welcoming.
The room was a decent size.
The fees. when paying online through their own site
you have to pay a larger amount especially if you’re
from another country (almost had to pay double) wrong
exchange rate. then after we had to pay another fee on
top of that. spent way more then in our budget, just to
be in a place that’s 30-40 minutes walk to anything.

Excellent value in beautiful, clean hotels. Atiram Grupo did a wonderful job with these properties

- nice quiet area
- clean room
- friendly staff
- late checkout
- free wifi
- rooms bit outdated
- thin walls (we could hear our loud neughbours)
- one bed was better than the other one but still fine
- everywhere we decided to go we had to travel for at least 25-30 min so it’s not directly in city center but it wasn’t a problem for us
