Quiet and private. Close to the beach.

Two level floor was a bit of a hazard and the TV obscured the mirror and the bathroom door squeaked. Bathroom was very small with external dressing space.

Highly recommended, we will be back!

My fiancee and I stayed in the king suite with spa bath. The room was clean, the shower head is massive, the spa was spacious, the bed was the most comfortable one i've stayed in away from home and the staff were lovely.

The wifi kept cutting out making it hard to watch youtube and netflix.

Amazing and felt safe

Me and my son traveled for basketball and we loved it the staff was absolutely beautiful and very welcoming and made sure we felt safe. Thank u will stay again soon

The photos/description of the hotel doesn't match the reality!

The location was good, walking distance to the beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room smelt fusty/musty. There were empty cans/bottles in a box under the sink cupboard, the remote for the TV was missing.

We spent 4 days at Ballina Beach Resort and we had a wonderful time.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean although a bit dated. The beach is across the road with easy access. My only complaint was that I had to drive to go everywhere. There are no places in walking distance for me to go to dinner or breakfast to my liking and the restaurant at the resort is closed because of staff shortages.

Was not the best value for money however if we had been able to use the pool and tennis court we may have felt different

The gardens and reception entry were lovely. The pool area was also a lovely space however not used as it rained for the entire stay.

The spa was the only facility that could be used due to the weather and is in need of some improvements. The sauna and attached shower did not work and the space feels old and unkempt.

Great location and facilities.

The rooms were spacious. Bed and sofa were comfy. We had more room than expected, a lounge area, eating space and a balcony. Children loved the pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Laundry was provided for free which really helped!
