Eines der schlechtesten Zimmer welches ich in den letzten Jahren bekommen habe.

Zimmer mit Gittern vor den Fenstern, kein zweiter Rettungsweg dadurch vorhanden, sehr schlechter Schallschutz, sehr kleines Zimmer, Kein TV Gerät auf dem Zimmer vorhanden, für zwei Personen nur ein Stuhl zum sitzen.

Ruhe, tolle Atmosphäre und eine schöne Lage

Tolle und ruhige Lage, sehr schönes Gelände, angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist recht einfach - genauso, wie ich es in alten Klostergemäuern erwarte. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, sehr zu empfehlen!

Da gab es nichts zu meckern.

Alles Bestens!

Alles bestens! Die Lage ist super, 5 Gehminuten in das Städtchen rein. 15 Autominuten nach Baden-Baden. Das Kloster ist herrlich ruhig und schön gelegen. Als wir Nachts spazieren gegangen sind, ist uns sogar ein Reh auf dem Gelände begegnet. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück und Abendessen war reichhaltig, vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Das Gelände und die Zimmer sind alle sauber.

Leider hatten wir keinen WLAN Empfang im Zimmer.

Kind and helpful staff. Excellent quality breakfast Fastidiously Clean Easy access to food and transport Beautiful gardens Hope they can continue to find a way to keep the Christian ethos in all the future planning

Would have preferred cable internet to wifi. Wifi disturbs the peace and serenity of the place

Great breakfast, and location. Room not so comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. Location beautiful, good parking. Staff friendly.

Room was not comfortable. The mattress was very soft and pillows lumpy. However, the worst part was the parking street light. The room had only a net curtain, and the street lamp kept switching on and off all night keeping us awake. We would recommend thick blackout curtains. The room was 002 in Annahause.

It's booking.com 's error and no responses...

The place's kind approach that i already filtered for including private bathroom, booming.com gave me options obviously mixed so i chose it, the place accepted to cancel other 2 nights as i only stayed 1 night and booked somewhere else via booking.com again, and they even have written consent for it, booking.com does not take action or even reply my e-mails!

I didn't realise when I booked that Maria Hilf was an active Convent. I enjoyed seeing the sisters and attending worship with them.

Very very clean! Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. Slept great.

Only 1 spoon in kitchen area. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable...could have used 1 or 2 more. Shower leaked on floor.

Peaceful setting close to Baden-Baden

It was a beautiful property in a very peaceful setting. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The price was excellent.

The shared shower could have used a clean. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs. The bed was very creaky.

A special place to stay.

Extremely peaceful and attractive setting and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rotating electric shoe polisher is a must.

We have stayed several times at the Kloster. It is the first time the shared toilet facilities close to our room have been unpleasant.

I recommend a stay but not in rooms with windows out to the courtyard

The kloster Maria Hilf is a fantastic location and facility in Bühl. And one thing first. Don't book through booking.com. The room costs with directly booking 36€ and booking took 53€!!! Booking.com said the room is about 18 kvm, but in reality it was perhaps half this size. The staff is nice and friendly. The food is good. The bell ringing are quiet during the night like the fountain in the courtyard. We choosed 2 single rooms with shared bathroom and shower. There were about 2 toilets for many people. The rooms were really tiny and the furnishings clean but aged. There was a thick duvet for the bed. It seems the rooms were used for sick care back in time. Beneath our floor lived the sick and old sisters. And during the night two of them (obviously dementia) called loudly after help and after their mom through the open windows, in hours. Even with earplugs their voices went through. I couldn't sleep, neither did my daughter. In the end we decided to close the windows (at 3 AM). Thereafter, the rooms got very hot with the morning sun and no input for air. It was a very bad night. I would recommend you all to ask for the comfort rooms in another building without these problems. It will cost 60€, it would be worth it. The location is fantastic.

Booking.com shows not the right size of the rooms on the website. 18 m2 instead of perhaps 9-10. Booking took a very high provision, 47%!! It wasn't possible to have the windows open during the night because of the sick sisters calling loudly during the night. With closed windows the room got too warm and no ventilation. The duvet was too warm for the season. No possibility for reclamation in the morning. The staff said we were the first guests being disturbed by the sisters. I can't believe that.
