Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, good masseuse. Lovely location but lots of steps to climb
Mattress topper was foam and sweaty.
Difficult location to find. Suggest a link to GPS mapping service

It's a very special hotel. My family and I love it.

Love everything about this hotel property. It's truly a gem within Cyprus villages. Room was huge with its own fireplace, restaurants were incredible. Dined at Byzantino.
The spa is great but was a tiny bit overcrowded. 10 people at once

Spent 3 days in this hotel. very beautiful area. modest but nice room. very friendly front desk staff. very good Loutraki restaurant. breathtaking beautiful nature around. great massage. The woman who made me the massage is a professional. We were at the hotel with a dog and a child. for the child, they provided a crib and special baby care products (shampoo, lotion).
as the hotel is in the mountains and they don't have their own parking, a golf car will come to pick you up and help you with your luggage.
room for 3 people + dog small (would be great for 2). the door between the rooms did not close, the couch had stains, the sheet had a little hole. these are small things of course, but I would like the staff keep the hotel in better condition. Very disappointed girls at the reception in the spa. after the massage, they didn’t even offer a water, I had to go ask myself. the employee does not know the line of cosmetics that is presented in the spa. It took me a long time to figure it out and read it by myself. it was my birthday and no one congratulated me, attentiveness is not a strong point of this hotel.

Food and staff in all the restaurants was first class. Location was beautiful and spa facilities were excellent.
The room was good (Loutraki 5) - although smaller than I imagined and unfortunately the balcony didn’t get much sun. Some minor tweaks required - cupboard door needs tightened, soap dish in shower loose and one of the curtains needs re hung.

I didn’t like the staff at reception in the spa, we found them to be unfriendly, not very helpful and very cold. Some of the jets in the jacuzzi were not working and she didn’t want to know, and we noticed that the whole time we were in the spa, no one came round to check if everything was ok and in fact one guest left and left her towel and cup
On the seat and it was there for ages because the staff there thought they were a different breed. Also we booked a body scrub and massage for myself and partner but when we got to the room the masseurs told us we could not do it in that order that they had to give us a massage first because the girls at reception told them to
Do it that way round because it saves time!!! We explained to them that it didn’t make sense and enough time should have been allowed so in the end because we still had to pay for that we settled for a little bit longer massage.

Overall there are just several really and truly luxury places in the mountain villages and this is definitely one of it.
Village itself and all hotel land, houses and facilities are very well renovated. It's traditional style but renovated to a very luxury look.
Staff was helping even before I've asked them to, e.g. bed for child was provided because they understood we need one, not because we've asked.
Food was tasty and reasonably priced. There is a fine dining restaurant within the village recommended by hotel staff which is a part of hotel family. It's must have experience.
There was a wedding on the day we came, but it was very quiet in the rooms, huge thanks for that.
And many other small things like coffee machine and drinking water tap in the room, special fans agains flies at the breakfast, etc.
Small fixed are needed here and there:
- Bed smell in the room probably due to sewage pipes. Staff tried to hide it with strong fragrance (too strong), but it didn't help. It didn't go away after letting fresh air from outside as well. It became even worse during the night. That was really the bad part of our experience, but it didn't ruin the overall impression.
- That smell was at the outside area at the breakfast as well.
- The holder for the shower was not holding the shower
- Bathrobes belts were not holding, probably too old

The room and the view was wonderful. The spa was great: we liked massage treatment and all spa options in common area. And view from the pool.
The concept of building a good hotel inside mountain village is beautiful and let me say exalted
It was not cool that there was a wedding. With all respect to family values and just married couple I have to say staying somewhere near a wedding is always discomfort and some limitations.

The location of the hotel is stunning, also the design is lovely. I liked the food in the hotel especially the salads.. people are extremely nice.
The place is 2 quiet, nothing much to do there so u cannot stay for more than 2 nights

Very nice breakfast and a very nice location.
The view from our room. Our room was facing other houses. It could be better to have a mountain view.
