Noise from the other rooms. Room and facilities looks dated. Too expensive for the value received. Public bathrooms are unclean.

the phone in the room wasn't working from ever since we checked in until our checkout (the next morning). they did not move our room or anything. they just sent a maintenance operator but he couldn't even do anything so they just left us without a phone. the shower only has cold water. there were plenty of bugs all around the room. my stay made fell like I was in a -1 start hotel

Staff are very friendly. Excellent restaurant and bar. The food quality and the serving is exceptional.

The rooms need updating. I stayed in one of the bungalow room S10. The connecting door that connects to the other room is not sound proof so we did heard everything from the next door room. And the hot water from the shower room is not strong enough. And the price for the quality of the hotel is expensive.

only thing nice about this place is the lovely staff, but other than this I would not waste your money.

Myself and my family only stayed for 1 night, but could not wait to leave. First of all, the hotel look absolutely nothing like the pictures online. the “beach” is a tiny area about 15 foot long, that is dirty and grey due to litter and a drain that empties onto the beach. secondly, we paid quite a lot considering it was a one night stay. for this we got an ok room, with a filthy bathroom. the shower either runs scalding hot or freezing cold, not acceptable when you have young children to wash. the sink was also broken and detaching from the wall, with broken tiles everywhere. we decided to spend our day playing in the pool, however after my children came out of the wave pool I noticed their hands and feet were covered in blue paint, which after a scalding shower still did not come off! I’m really disappointed in this place, as the photos look lovely. I would suggest to save your money and go elsewhere
