Great location, handy for pubs, shop, beach. Parking a bit awkward but then again parking at a premium in a small village.

Loved it!
Just as listed. We loved Crantock and can definitely see ourselves coming back. Pretty little cottage. Very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. LOVE the village, so picturesque. Lovely places to eat nearby. Beautiful countryside, fabulous walks, fresh sea air and a pasty. What more does one need in life?

Lovely little cottage in the heart of Crantock
Churchgate Cottage is a lovely little cottage, perfectly placed in the heart of Crantock. It that a great pub next door (The Albion), and is around a 10 min walk to the dog-friendly beach.
We had an issue with the cleanliness of one of the bed sheets, but it was sorted immediately.
The cottage has just about everything you could need except a BBQ, but there is room for a small one on the tiny patio, which would make a difference to us in summer.
My only issue is the 9am exit time, I feel this is a little unreasonable, and it would have been difficult for us if we had been travelling with children. 10am would be much more reasonable, and, even with a deep clean (re Covid19), I doubt if 7 hours is needed between guests (9am check-out, 4pm check-in).
Otherwise, happy with everything, and would certainly like to go to Churchgate Cottage again.

Great location
Very good location just a shame the cottage does not have a garden like the adjoining cottages.

Little Gem
We have just stayed here for a week in August 2020. The property is right in the heart of Crantock village, a beautiful location and a short walk down to the beach. The owner was great to communicate with and everything was as described Had a great week in beautiful Cornwall

Relaxing stay in Crantock, Cornwall
The cottage was lovely and cosy. It’s in a brilliant location in the heart of the village. Two pubs and a tearoom literally on your doorstep. The beach is a short walk away. A good place for walks. Newquay very near for anything you need. Also very good for bodyboarding, surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Would thoroughly recommend it for a holiday where you can do as little or as much as you like. We are definitely going back.

Wunderbar!
