Il nostro soggiorno è stata solo di una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene e poi abbiamo sfruttato del loro ristorante

Si struttura molto bella di campagna stile americano

Mi è piaciuto molto poter vedere gli animali ben curati e soprattutto la meravigliosa compagnia dell’oca di nome Arturo

if you like animal/country side you will love it and is extremely quiet, i wished it was just clean

location and concept of the place is very nice, rest and bar is very cowsy and people were very kind

room was very dirty, actually got sick, tried cleaning myself the AC filter but it was too late and my throat was killing me already, floor has not seen vacuum in quit a long time and you could feel/smell humidity

it was situated on a horse ranch!

Best place for children to expose equestrian life. Super comfortable!

You must get your mind set before arriving. This is NOT a 5 star luxury property but old west basic. It is a horse ranch, a bit dusty, no fine furniture, very simple. It is THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE CHILDREN and have them get a feel for equestrian life. It is VERY clean and I was comfortable. Mario the host was very kind and happy to see me and help me.

Nothing, again, must go with right mind set.

A Great Value for the Essentials

The accommodations are very basic, but the value is really great. This is a good place to book if you just need a bed and bathroom. Nothing impressive, but the bed and bathroom was clean and the heaters worked.

I personally don't require one, but some people may want to know that there is no TV.

calm overnight stay

Everything was OK, I chose it for accetable price, so I didnt expect any luxury. The room was spacious and calm, clean and functional. For me perfect. The owner is very nice and helpfull.

It would be nice some opportunity for making tea/coffe or buy some drinks, because the property is far from any cafe or restaurant an I traveled by walk.

I will return to the place as soon as I get a chance!

No brakfast, but respect and freedom combined! The setting and sense of nature was strong and all the animals were so very inspiring. It was a peaceful and calming exeperience, just what I needed in my first outing after the pandemic.

I do not have negative comments whatsoever! Even the roosters waking me up very early put a smile on my face. And I did get up and went outside to meet the animal crowd quite early for my standard. Amazing energy!

Very good

The staff was friendly, and the price for the room was really great. The place has a rural American vibe. The horses are beautiful, and there was a riding club practicing almost daily. The location is good, close to lots of smaller Italian towns. If you want a more rural experience in Italy this is a great place. I would definitely stay again!

The only "downside" to this place is maybe that its not very modern, but i found it to be charming. Reminded me of home (United States)

I liked the ease of parking and the animal pens.

There is a coffee machine, but nobody around to provide change in the morning...no other materials to make coffee, not even a hot water pot.
