This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom stylish condo is located in Escazu, San Jose Costa Rica! Escazu is the finest and most exclusive neighborhood in all of Costa Rica! This beautiful condo is located in the Riverside Condominium Project in the heart of Escazu and features amazing features like a community Swimming Pool with a jacuzzi, Indoor Racquetball Court, Exercise room with Showers and Sauna, as well as 24/7/365 Armed Security, and Gated Access. Guarded Parking is included for free for 1 car during your stay, check-in times are at 3 pm and check-out times are at 11 am.

The condo is located within a short drive or taxi ride to Multiplaza Escazu, Avenida Escazu, Fourm 1 and Forum 2 Business Parks, Guachipelin Business Parks, Restaurants, Disco Clubs, and Entertainment. This condo is a perfect centralized location for all of the San Jose, Capital Area locations and travel.

The distance from Juan Santamaría International Airport to the condo is 30 min approx!

Our team is available to you 24-7 while in the condo. We also can suggest various activities and local spots around Escazu and San Jose for you to visit, shop and eat. The manager of this condo also operates a bar and lounge in the Escazu Area and will invite each guest as a VIP client.

Note: The maximum capacity of guests allowed in the apartment is 8 people in total including children. More than 8 people will not be allowed to access to the building. Unregistered visitors are not allowed, if you will have visitors, it must be a number that maintains the maximum capacity of 8 which is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.

We loved our stay in San Jose. The Escazu neighborhood was fantastic and walkable from the condo. The condo itself was well laid out and easily accommodated our family of 4. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very clean and safe property. We were 3 women traveling alone and never did we fear for our safety. We walked to the local markets from the property. The condo has a nice kitchen with all the supplies you could need. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.

We cannot say enough good things about our great host, Laura, and her exceptional property manager, Gabriel, who did everything in their power to make our stay in Escazu comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious apartment has everything needed for a long stay. The condo facilities are very good and the management and staff are excellent. Our only suggestion would be to provide some basic info in the condo ( a page or two of notes) to let people know what to do with garbage and recycling (took us a few days to figure it out), use the gym and pool, etc. Our only criticism - completely beyond the owner's control - is that it can be noisy due to traffic, but that's to be expected in a busy city. Otherwise, a wonderful place that would be great for a family or group of friends to share while exploring San Jose and region. Our thanks to our terrific hosts for making us feel so welcome during our thee-month long stay. They are great ambassadors for Costa Rica.

Nice clean place but needs the sink/shower drains attended to. Good area. Everything there that you need. Would book it again.

I thought the property was well situated. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. We used taxi/Uber to get to downtown San Jose to see the museums and the central market. Traffic can be heavy at times, but you are near a big city. Host responded to questions promptly. The complex is older, but, for my family, we felt the accommodations were nice. Good security. Overall, had a very nice experience at this property.

Being on the first floor…. We’d never do that again …. The noise was crazy loud at times Had to keep our drapes closed all the time too The jacuzzi never worked… The appliances need serious help Especially the washer and dryer The price was 5 stars… reasonable…. But the place is only a 3 star at best

Everything was fantastic. from our arrival to our departure everything was Top Quality. Everything was easily accessible by Uber. The security at the property made us really very comfortable during the evenings. Great trip!!!

Beautiful property Very clean we had everything we could of needed in our stay. Very safe gated community. As other reviews stated jacuzzis water is super cold out of order, pool very clean nice warm water.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The location was fantastic and very safe. The host was lovely and was available to assist or answer any questions. It was truly a lovely experience!

Rental process was smoothe. Property manager was accessible. Love the lobby! Unit is on ground floor so had to keep blinds drawn for privacy. We used the guest parking spots so did not bother with the assigned parking. Could use a fan in each bedroom...not all bedrooms had. Overall great stay. Will stay again.

The property was excellent and in a very safe complex with multiple 24 hour on site guards. The condo is a 5 to 10 minute walk to anything your need with multiple restaurants and a fresh farmers market just across the street. We stayed 2 weeks so ⁰the full size in unit washer and dryer was wonderful.

Good stay overall. However, no coffee or sugar. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold. The washer and dryer was nice and a good space for sure. The nightstand lights were all burnt out though. Good recommendations and place to stay. Great host and very communicative. Escazu was a beautiful place to stay!

The location of this property is perfect, just a few minutes away from a main artery, a big mall, supermarket and restaurants. Three bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfect for families.

great location clean close to store friendly security..9.9/10 need to perfect checkin process and needs more pillows.. but great home great price clean and had almost everything we needed. price was great as well.. I would stay there again without a doubt!!!!

Fantastic Place in the Capital City

Had a great stay in the San Jose Metro Area (Escazu to be exact) at this condo. Came with my family and we spent 2 nights here and during the day we visited the Volcano Poas which was roughly 2 hour drive from the condo. We hiked the volcano and viewed the museum, very cool experience! The volcano is dormant so its very safe and the hike was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it. We also visited the Escazu area and saw how the local people live (which was another enjoyable experience). Overall this condo had great security, great amenities (pool, gym, underground parking) and was well located in the Escazu city. The condo was stocked with the essentials for the kitchen and towels, etc so that was helpful.

Had a great time in Escazu at this condo. Came for work and pleasure and this condo was perfect for both. The pool in the community is amazing and the location is perfect for an American like myself. Will definitely be back!

This bottom floor condo is very nice with large rooms, large comfortable beds, nicely furnished and clean. A couple of issues upon arrival were handled right away. We would definitely stay again. Owner was wonderful to work with.

There were six of us and the condominium was very comfortable. The condominium is very central to a lot of things . There are 2 super markets walking distance where you can buy all you need , there is 24 Hour guards and they are very kind and helpful . The condominium is very clean . We took local buses and Uber and they both were accessible . The kitchen could be better equipped; the coffee maker did not work and we made them aware immediately , however they responded 4 days later — the day that we were leaving. We would stay there again , but we would make sure the coffee maker works . Why would you go to Costa Rica and not drink coffee . After all , they are known for the best coffee .

Great Centralized Condo in Costa Rica!

We traveled to the Central Valley of San Jose, Costa Rica with my entire family. We decided to stay in the Escazu area for 3 nights while we ventured out to Poas Volcano and other historic and ecotourism locations. The condo was well appointed, very large, very secure, and very clean. I wanted to thank the staff at the condo building for helping us with directions and food recommendations. Overall a great time and I would return if I should need a place in San Jose again.

This is a beautiful and well equipped condo with everything needed, good Wi-Fi. Great central location and left our car in the secure car parking spot that comes with the place. The complex is well maintained, i enjoyed the gym and the pool every morning. Would highly recommend.
