Centralissimo e conveniente

Posizione top, prezzo altrettanto. Lo staff con ragazzi molto cordiali, parcheggio tutto sommato accettabile (per le medie della Bosnia).

Il bagno presentava delle delle sbavature (soprattutto la doccia). E di sera emanava un odore piuttosto forte probabilmente dalle fognature.

Superb

Situated in the center ob the town, the parking was free and near the hotel. Rooms was a bit cold at first but then the manager solved the problem. There was a party in the restaurant in the 1st flooe so a bit loud but I like the music 😉

Good location in centre of town. Large and clean room. Breakfast ok.

Room was below restaurant where a party and life music was going on … not ideal. Until 1 am and then clearing up… Seems every Saturday. Room has only main lights, no bed/reading lights.

Horrible.

When we entered the room on the toilet seat a black pubic hair. They promised a double mattress and instead it was two single beds placed side by side. The room smelled of smoke. The free parking promised by the booking was not available, we had to park elsewhere. The room is a white cube: not even the bedside lights. Incredible: at breakfast (included in the price) I asked for water and they gave me a receipt to pay for it (expensive). The internet works very badly. If I could put less than one star, I would.

Great hotel for a stay in bihac or visit plitvice

After fleeing hacienda4you, a horror house completely misrepresented on booking.com, we ran to hotel Korzo. They were lovely, made our rooms as soon as they could. The rooms are lovely clean with great beds. It's not a big room, but the bathroom shower is nice and the fridge and airco worked really well. It has three parking spaces for guests, but let us park inside when we showed up just before other guests that also needed the space. I thought it was really cheap, 50 euro a room including breakfast. We visited plitvice from this place, expect a 15-25 minute delay for border checks. And if you ask me, skip it and go rafting the una instead

If you're not used to it, the 5am call to prayers from the nearby mosque will wake you for a moment and the curtains let through some light so sleeping in is not easy. And the tv doesn't have much channels, but the wifi is reasonable.

coffee shops and restaurants nearby, nice walk and be in city center

no parking in front of the . only from back that is not known as no sign on the back door.

Breakfast is extremely good. And the location is in the very center of the city along the main promenade.

There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and the bathroom is not airy. There is only a fan that is insufficient to remove this mentioned smell.

Great for a quick stay.

Very nice place, Parking in the garage for mothorcycles. Friendly staff. Nise room and bathroom. Great location for the outside bar and the prices are good.

The breakfast was totaly out of this world. We got 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of salami , 2 slices of cheese. You have to PAY for the coffee. So, I don't know about the morning breakfast. It was 3/10 to start the day.

Good for night or two

In the centre, close to park. Upgraded room. Free garage for motorbike. Nice persons at reception

widows so high that you feel as in a barrel. no options for wet towels. Totally arrogant man in breakfast room. What a logis in bathroom- cant understand the system with Wc and shower mini tube at all...

Worst experience ever!

Would like to say what I like but I haven't had the service I've booked so no info there. A call from the staff would be welcoming, at least to apologise.

I booked the accommodation in the afternoon hours, called the contact number and confirmed the booking, informing them of my arrival time. When I got there the doors were locked, I tried calling the land-line and mobile phone contact but with no answer. As a result I had to book last minute and managed to find accommodation pretty late. Luckily there are still accommodation providers who are responsible and welcoming, such as hotel Opal Exclusive that managed to find me a room for two. I definitely don't recommend Korzo, even if it is centrally located and all, but you'll probably stay without the much needed space for the overnight.

Perfect location in the City center. The room is clean. The staff is friendly and always available. Parking is small, but with the help of friendly staff you will have no difficulty. The food is excellent, the ambience of the restaurant pleasant, very nicely decorated.

Small improvements in the rooms would enhance the good impression. The view is unattractive to the neighboring yard.
