This basement suite has everything you need for your stay away from home. We were even provided a nice little welcome package with a few wonderful and helpful goodies.
The location was convenient for us being close to restaurants, grocery stores and quick access to highway 1 but still being in a quiet area.
Overall, the stay was great and the owners were thoughtful, responsive and helpful.

Overall excellent property and stay. The unit is a little dark due to its being a basement apartment. Also, while not excessive, there was occasional noise from the upstairs occupants. I would definitely consider staying here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful spacious suite for the last month and a half while our home was under construction. When we arrived the first day it felt like home, there was a big wreath on the door and a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room! This was so awesome as all our Christmas stuff was lost in our home in the flood. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality then we’re at received here. If you’re looking for a relaxing environment, it feels like home. This is your place to be. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent hospitality!!

The property was decent and my family had a good stay. the host charged us an unreasonable amount after the stay for some vague explanation of stains on the sheets the same day of check out. No explanation or communication on why the stains couldn't be washed. They didn't even give themselves the time to see or show us why they couldn't be cleaned. We were just told they ordered a new set of sheets and cover and are charging our credit card for it. VRBO offered no friendly or clear process of complaint or resolution. Just felt like a greedy cash grab above and beyond the pricey rental for 10 days. Any depreciation costs should be the cost of the property owner not the traveller.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lower Sumas Mountain. Not only the place is spacious, but it's modern, ultra clean and beautiful with a dream kitchen. We loved having Mt Baker smile at us on every clear morning and be in the convenient location in the middle of the valley with an hour to Vancouver, North Shore, 35 minutes to Coquitlam and less than 20 to Chilliwack and all the fishing and hiking spots. The hosts were so gracious and welcomed us with a beautiful card, a bottle of wine and popcorn!!

We really enjoyed staying here, and we were especially grateful that we could have our 2 dogs stay as well. Keegan was very helpful and always responded within a few minutes. The apartment was clean, had a full kitchen and everything we needed for our 3 month stay. There are lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and also great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a wonderful experience staying here for 1 month. The owners where very accommodating in our check-in/out times. A very functional space with top quality appliances. Lovely park across the street for our dog. Amazing kitchen with all the tools you need to cook up a storm!
I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. There is a high attention to detail and the rental really feels like a home.

From the onset, communication was excellent. Upon arrival the VRBO felt welcoming, was very clean and tastefully decorated, and there were many little "bonuses " that made the experience special for our time there over Christmas.
