Se come muy bien. El personal es muy amable y es un lugar tranquilo y limpio.
Por la mañana abren tarde con lo que el desayuno lo tuve que hacer en otro lugar. No hay ascensor y las habitaciones están en una segunda planta.

I don't like the facilities and the service because we sleep all the night without light it means without air-conditioning so I'm with kids it's really bad night for us and what I reserve room I didn't get it so I wait a hour to prepare another room it's really bad for me

Not a lot. The price.
We arrived on Sunday and property was unattended. Fortunately the cleaner was there and she contacted the owner who came. Place looks rundown, building stuff everywhere, bits of metal and nails in parking area (thankfully no flat tyres). We asked in the morning Monday if restaurant would be open for dinner. We were told yes, at 9. When we turned up for dinner they told us it was closed. Communication was a problem - even using phone app. Not a smile from any staff we dealt with.

The restaurant below was good value.
A long distance from the city centre but still charged city tax of €10 per night

nothing
Appalling. We asked for a twin room but there was a third bed so No space for our two dogs. No one around to let us in - the whole place was deserted we had to wait ages. Access to the rest of the hotel was barred we had to use a grotty side entrance. The room smelled stale, and dusty - my partner sneezed all night. Sheets stained. No hot water. Lighting like a 1970’s office. No bedside lamp. No tea and coffee in the room. Disgusting place couldn’t wait to leave.

just what we expected
nothing to say to what it was only said la Espiga restaurant!
in complete darkness , gates where shut , looked like it had closed down, couldn’t get in , when phoning , was answered in Spanish, we couldn’t communicate, had to phone a translator, the place is not manned ,
felt very stressed , especially after eight hour drive , then to be told we had to pay 10€ for our dog , they didn’t say that when we booked and paid for it , we told them we had a dog !
so disappointed with it all

Nothing good... wish I checked reviews before booking.
Very dirty stained sheets on beds. Located in industrial area not far from town.

Had a good sleep
Facilities were poor. Located in an industrial estate and a 10-15 min walk to the nearest bus stop. Hard to get a taxi as we did not speak Spanish

good value
the restaurant was closed and the entire place shut up at 8 or 9pm which was very odd and there was no warning or advice on how to get out of the gate which looked locked but apparently was just closed

Staff were friendly
Should have researched the area. It was in an industrial estate. Would only recommend staying here for work.

Nice room
Far from city centre and public transport
2.8
Good value. Excellent staff. Location is about 5 blocks from transit and two blocks to supermarket and shops. On location restaurant for breakfast and lunch only. One bus to the center of town. Clean and safe. Door is locked at 9 for security.
A little far to bus stop. if you have a car it doesn't matter. Taxis are relatively cheap.

Very low maintenance of the room

Good and comfortable, everything as expected, good price
During the night other hosts opened the emergency door that rang the alarm, several times, and banged the doors

Not a lot stairs were very badly lit
Badly lit stairs as lights went out halfway up , dangerous
No one there when arrived ,gates closed ,bell did not work ,had to wait for someone to come and let me in, for about 20 mins
Then got charged extra for my dog

I liked the young man who came on at 1 and left at 10pm. Nothing else. That is not true, the food they sold there was fine but a bit cold.
The sink leaked so the bathroom as permanently wet. The light looked like it was going to fall down. My son in the next room didn't get his towels replaced, just removed so we gave him one of ours. It is a basic stop over for lorry drivers, not for people on holiday. My mistake. We went out Sunday into Pamplona by taxi as we were so far out of town and when we got back at 7.30 the place was in darkness the heating was off and restaurant shut. It was cold in the room.

Close to, but not in centre of Pamplona but very good value for the money as an overnight on route stopover.
