About this house rental
In the heart of Cancale, in a very quiet area (300 m from the Port de la Houle and its restaurants and 500 meters from the customs path and the beach "l'Ari des Flots"), we offer you our "House of the four seasons ", very pleasant to live at any time of the year, and made to meet up with family or friends.
Classified 3 stars by the Haute Bretagne tourism committee, our house is perfectly equipped, functional and bright, with careful decoration.
The garden is fully enclosed, the terrace with its garden furniture will allow you to have lunch outside (barbecue ...) and the Farniente corner to relax at the back of the house. Parking of 2 or even 3 vehicles is possible inside the property.
Cancale classified as a remarkable taste site allows you to discover unforgettable landscapes: balcony over the Bay of Mont St Michel, coast lined with mimosas and maritime pines, secret beaches ... The Pointe du Grouin, Saint Malo, Dinard ... are right next door and many activities are possible on site (cooking class, sailing, day at sea, dolphin watching in the Bay or visit to the aquarium .. .) for more information we are at your disposal or you can contact the tourist office of St Malo-Cancale.

Agréable séjour
Agréable maison, très bien située, à deux pas du centre ville et de la magnifique côte. L'extérieur est agréable, quartier calme, possibilité de garer deux voitures. L'intérieur est bien conçu pour une grande famille. La propriétaire est joignable et agréable.

We stayed here in April 2022 - our first visit to France for three years due to the pandemic, and our first visit to Cancale. We very much enjoyed our trip. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We were a party of 8 adults and the facilities were fine for our purposes but bathrooms etc might have come under strain if all the bedrooms were fully occupied. For clarity's sake, there are three bedrooms on the first floor - two doubles and a small room with two single bunk beds. On the second floor there is a small double (access from one side of bed only) and a dormitory sleeping up to six in bunk beds and two pull-out futons. There is a bath or shower room on each of the first and second floors and three separate WCs, one on each floor. Due to the weather we didn't spend much time outdoors but there are plenty of garden chairs, with decking at the front of the house and artificial grass at the rear. The washing machine is in an outhouse at the rear. There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway but this means the gates have to remain open. There is a Carrefour City a short walk away, a large Super U a 5 min drive away and an Intermarche about 10 mins drive. The seafront is an easy walk from the house with plenty of restaurants, bars and creperies. The only negative we would mention was the issue we had on arrival not being able to contact Laurence on the mobile phone number provided in order to get the code for the keysafe to get access. As this was the only means of contact we had it was a little worrying and we were stuck outside at the end of a long journey for about an hour until we finally made contact. It would have been preferable if the code could have been sent to us in advance so that we had it when we arrived. Apart from that we can fully recommend the Four Seasons. It's a good base for visiting St Malo, Mont St Michel, Dinan etc. We look forward to a return visit. Thanks too to Laurence for arranging for the clients who followed us to post back some keys that we had left behind - this was much appreciated.

Très bonne maison agréable, propre et bien équipée pour y vivre agréablement à dix.
J'y ai passé une semaine fantastique avec mes deux enfants en couple et cinq petits-enfantsde 10 à 20 ans. Tous y ont trouvé leur place et leur confort. Le plaisir de dîner dehors ou d'un jeu de boules en attendant le repas. Les hôtes étaient très attentifs à nos demandes. La rue à grand passage et la maison en chantier à l'arrière étaient les seuls points mineurs. Merci pour tout.

Belle maison pour les couchages à 14 personnes mais les deux piéces du rez de chaussée trop exigües pour ce nombre de personnes.
Belle cheminée mais pas de bois fourni
Problème de wifi pendant notre séjour donc pas de télévision et nous n'avons pas pu organiser notre soirée de nouvel an comme nous l'avions prévu.C'est bien dommage et aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé.

Super séjour !
Maison très agréable et idéalement située ! Les chambres pour enfant en mode petit dortoir cosy ont fait le bonheur des nôtres ! Petit point d’amélioration pour la suite, un peu plus de rangement dans les chambres pour les vêtements serait au top pour pouvoir se débarrasser des valises ! Sinon rien à redire !

idéal pour les retrouvailles en famille
nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison qui est très bien adapté pour des vacances familiales. Les chambres sont confortables, les deux SDB sont parfaites pour qu'il n'y ai pas une file d'attente pour prendre sa douche. Les WC à chaque étage sont aussi un petit plus.
L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, tout est à moins de 5mn à pied du centre ville.

Très belle maison bien aménagée et fonctionnelle ,cette maison est confortable et spacieuse pour des réunions de famille .
MME Winter est une propriétaire vraiment gentille avec qui j 'ai pu échanger ,ils se préoccupent du bien être et du confort de leurs hôtes .Très bien situé a cancale nous avons pu profiter du cadre sans utiliser notre voiture ,je recommande cette belle propriété ,nous étions tous ravis .

Central to many popular sites, walking distance to town, shopping, bars and restaurants. The home is spacious as we had 10 in our group. Great place to stay.

Un gîte agréable et confortable
Un magnifique soleil nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour, nos hôtes n'y étaient pour rien, mais nous tenons à le signaler. Quant au gîte, il est à l'image du temps. Il est bien conçu, propre et rien n'y manque (sauf un grille pain) pour passer un bon séjour confortable. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments à onze adultes. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous venons de passer un séjour, entre amis, très agréable dans la maison des 4 saisons. Cette demeure a tout pour plaire, tout d'abord son intérieur sobre et de goût et d'autre part son emplacement central dans Cancale. Si la météo est avec vous, vous êtes assurés de profiter d'un beau séjour.

Idéal pour séjour familial, car autonomie maximum à pied
Sur une semaine de rassemblement familial(6 adultes et 4 enfants), nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé les voitures...chacun pouvait véritablement, en fonction de son âge, aller au port visiter les galeries d'art, aller sur la plage, faire un/deux parcours de 'Cord(e)', une randonnée, ou les courses...à pied. Du bonheur quand on est nombreux...tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et agréables pour s'y reposer.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'y séjourner un we entre amis. La maison est spacieuse,décorée avec goût et offre un bon confort. De plus, il est possible d'aller dans le centre de Cancale à pied, ce qui est sympa pour aller chercher les croissants!

Maison agréable et superbement située à 300 mètres du centre et du port. Cancale est magnifique et la maison porte bien son nom en une journée en Bretagne on peut observer les 4 saisons!
Plein de couchages sont à disposition pour les enfants. À recommander pour une visite en famille ou entre amis.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la jolie maison des quatre saisons.
Cette maison est parfaite pour notre tribu.
Tout est organisé et équipé pour une grande famille. On a apprécié la grande salle à manger, la distribution des chambres et des salles d'eau, ainsi que les équipements ménagers.
Tout est fait avec goût et sens pratique, sans oublier la terrasse où les petits peuvent jouer en toute sécurité.
Merci à Monsieur et Madame Winter pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil et à Maeva qui nous a ouvert la maison d'une très grande propreté.
Située dans le centre de Cancale, on peut tout faire à pied, on y reviendra pour de prochaines vacances.

Une maison spacieuse, même en étant à 13. Décoration faite avec goût et soignée, quelques petites touches sur le thème marin. La location donne une sensation de propreté et de netteté à l'arrivée et cela se confirme à l'usage. Pour les amoureux de la côte bretonne, les promenades sont nombreuses et cela quelque soit le temps. Des paysages à couper le souffle même en absence de vent!!!

Maison bien située dans le centre ville de Cancale, dans un quartier calme la nuit malgré la route passante la journée mais non génante du tout où nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à 13 personnes de 90 ans à 7 ans !
