El trato y atención del personal,la facilidad y ayuda que nos dieron en todo momento con el equipaje. Dar las gracias también a cocineros y camareros ,uno de nosotros es Celiaco y no tuvimos ningún problemas con los menús.

La piscina se queda muy pequeña. La fotos engañan. Nada que ver con la realidad.

La terraza, las vistas al mar y el buffet muy bueno.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. La ducha llena de moho no es propio de un alojamiento de la categoría de los Barceló. La piscina pequeña para la capacidad del alojamiento. Nunca conseguíamos tumbonas libres. Nos tocaba esperar a que hubiera algún cliente que se marchara y por supuesto, nunca al sol.

Decepcionada de este hotel

Definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel es su personal en todas las áreas ,encuentras personal amable ,eficiente ,dispuesto a solucionar las grandes deficiencias que tiene este hotel , empezando por su infraestructura que requiere inversión de dinero en reparaciones .

La absoluta carencia de seguridad para el uso de las habitaciones por parte de personas mayores o con alguna deficiencia de movilidad ,nos colocaron en una habitación donde había que subir muchísimos escalones ,sin pasamanos ,mi esposo debía agarrarse de las paredes tratando de mantener el equilibrio ,aunado a un pésimo servicio de traslado ,tienen muy pocos buggys ,las habitaciones muy lejos del parking , había que subir una pendiente muy fuerte porque los pocos coches los tenían ocupados .requieren invertir dinero en este hotel y valorar esos empleados maravillosos que tratan de cubrir tantas deficiencias .Un llamado de atención al dueño y también a Booking.com que debe publicar con claridad la dificultad para personas disminuidas en movilidad.

Z pewnością zabiorę tu rodzinę i każdemu polecę to miejsce.

Cały obiekt wyglada jak zabytkowe miasteczko. W ciągu chwili miałem wrażenie że przeniosłem sie wiele lat wstecz. Każdy domek to 1-2 apartamenty. Cześć apartamentów ma taras z widokiem na morze. Pod tarasem tylko wysokie skaliste urwisko. Niesamowite miejsce. W pokoju którym spałem był osobny salon z aneksem kuchennym. Na obiekcie dwie restauracje tematyczne i jedna typu boufet. Super atmosfera. Dla aktywnych basen i górskie spacerki blisko hotelu. Dla najmłodszych mini golf.

Trochę brudna wanna była.

Muy Calurosa.

No nos gustó; coincidió además que hacía mucho calor y subir hasta el alojamiento por esas cuestas del pueblo era duro.

No nos gustó la ubicación, apartado de la playa y sin ocio cercano. Desayunamos y cenamos y el buffet era escaso y poco variado; los platos cocinados eran bastante mejorables.

Not as advertised, View sells it, they could do more

It’s a quaint little village of apartments, with an amazing sea view from our balcony. A local bus can take you to el campello for €1.50 from outside the hotel but timings can be hit and miss !

Very steep hill to accommodation, restaurant and bar timings all vary and NOT what they advertise or tell you at check in, so difficult to get food and a drink, nothing in local area, I wouldn’t call a few cans of drinks and some chocolate a supermarket on site. You could get a drink at the pool bar when they were open but they were incredibly slow, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for a drink, and they don’t serve food as they state. No plates/glasses/ cutlery in room, no iron facilities, no airer, had to ask for everything and even then was about to be charged, but I highlighted my booking states what should be included and they said they would wave the fee. (Like they were doing me a favour) I requested help upon check out with luggage as they have a little golf buggy type thing that helps around the hills, but they didn’t show up, even after I chased them. Unfortunately, would not recommend staying here at all

Location was nice, outside area was beautiful, the view from the sea side terrace was beautiful, the rooms were big and those had 2 Air-conditions for bedroom and living room, they give you a ride to the rooms when you arrive to the hotel, parking is free (btw, you need a car to explore the area and beaches)

The room and terrace were dirty/dusty when we arrived, there was a kitchen but you'll need to pay extra to use any glasses or other things (they didn't have them ready there), the furniture was very old, definitely not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was okay but cold all the times we were there.

Overall we had a really

Absolute gorgeous balcony facing the sea and private enough. Pool is lovely and the lil old town estate is absolutely charming.

The properties could do with a little maintenance in terms of furniture (sofa was a bit old and furniture wasn't in great shape - chipped leather seats and wood table) but they are still alright. Since most time is spent outdoors this didn't bother us as much. Parking is a bit far if you don't mind the steep walk down and then back up every day.

Everything was perfect, super attentive staff, good food, pool, bar, room comfort, good location (we had a car), free parking… Incredibly good at a fair price. If you're looking for a wonderful place for your holiday, stop now, you've found it.

Pretty good. Very interesting and pretty casas painted in beautiful colours.

Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Good food. Great helpful staff. Very interesting and unique location.

The swimming pool was certainly not for swimming. It was completely overcrowded. The children were a nightmare. Impossible to swim. Also the water was too warm. There should be a separate pool for children and their toys, and a pool for those of us who wish to swim. My sunglasses were stolen from my lounge chair while I was in the pool. I thought I would have a calm vacation to swim and take the sun. That didn't happen.

2nd fantastic stay

Loved the junior suite with sea view

Fridge was not working and we didn't have any glasses or cutlery. When we came last year we had a smaller room which had all the above. We was only there 2 full days so didn't bother us but if we were staying longer we would have asked.

Relaxing stay with great connection to the nearest bigger cities.

Very nice residential complex. Breath taking views. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was OK, but could change time to time for longer staying guests. Noise from above guests.

The place has the potential to be 5 star but the transition to "Occidental " seems an impediment.

The breakfast was excellent, and coffee quite tasty. Staff was superb. Views from my room spectacular.

They did not communicate we could have paid for kitchen items, plates forks, glasses so that we could have had these items during our stay. I even asked for coffee in my suite, they said the pot is in your room. So I assumed there would be cups and spoons,nope. In a suite with a kitchen you'd expect basics. Not even a glass for water. P.s. the air-conditioner units were noisy. The balcony was great but furnishings outdated and flimsy.

Tranquil with outstanding terrace and views

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. Fantastic terrace and sea view. However a kitchen with absolutely nothing in it, not even a cup or spoon seems very strange. I was visiting my cousin so I didn't bother me.

A great place once noise issues resolved

Comfortable in second room. Staff excellent when we called in the middle of the night and asked to.move first thing in the morning.

Superb

Stunning views from the sea view rooms, cute village facade, great food. Great escape. Frequent bus from the door into town. Great help with the golf buggy to bring the bags. Lots of outdoor parking.

Overall very happy with our stay and the location was perfect for us.

Very helpful and nice personnel at reception. When we came to our room, it had not been cleaned. When addressing this in the reception we got a new room way better than we had booked, in the front row to the ocean with a spectacular view! Overall very friendly and nice personnel. Will highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

The parking plots are very small and difficult to park in when it is a lot of cars.

The views were beautiful, the grounds were looked after with flowers everywhere. The village feel was also lovely.

Stunning hotel with panoramic sea views and fabulous staff and great food

The location was absolutely beautiful, it was a quiet area and apartment had stunning sea views where we saw amazing sunrises every morning. The staff were super nice and helpful and the buildings were beautiful and colourful and felt like an authentic Spanish village. The breakfast was lovely as was the paella in Dons restaurant and the staff were super friendly and helpful

Lovely stay with the family.

Loved this like real Spanish village look! We really enjoyed the stay with family and we booked extra days. Of course this isn't smt modern or new but we loved all this rustics around us. Absolutely the best possibility to use private and safe parking. Apartment was well equipped and spacey. We will come back again in near future!
