Thoroughly recommended and cannot praise the staff enough who made this a great trip.

Lovely old traditional hotel, excellent breakfast and fantastic staff. Couldn’t have wished for anymore.

Pounding bass from the restaurant and bar til early hours on Saturdays

Nice traditional hotel in a very good location, good breakfast, good size boot room for ski equipment storage, room was a good size for a single.

Very annoying noise from Greif Restaurant and Bar on Saturday night til 1;30am, affects maybe 7 rooms, perhaps more with pounding bass. I would advise staying here on a Saturday night if you have family or if you have to get up early on Sunday. Rooms are too hot or duvets are too thick depending on your point of view which affects sleep. Rooms are a little bit dark too. The cleaning was okay but my friend said they should do better.

Tobula vieta tiek slidinėjimui, tiek vakarams mieste

Vieta tobula: pėsčiomis nuo traukinių stoties užtrunka ateiti 5 minutes, lygiai taip pat ir iki pagrindinio slidininkų keltuvo. Be to, viešbutis yra pačiame miestelio senamiestyje/centre. Skanūs ir gausūs pusryčiai. Kambarys itin šiltas, teko net ir langą atsidarius miegoti. Labai paslaugus personalas, niekur kitur neteko matyti tokio paslaugumo, ypatingai Maria iš recepcijos.

Vonioje nebuvo karšto vandens (buvo tik drungnas), tačiau buvo pasiūlyta persikelti į kitą kambarį. Taip pat man buvo lova per minkšta, bet čia subjektyvus dalykas. Buvo vienas vakaras labai garsus - problema ne tame, kad žmonės švenčia, bet tame, kad nebuvo apie tai jokio įspėjimo/komunikacijos/ausų kištukų kambaryje.

A great, family owned hotel in the middle of Kitzbühl. Very attentive staff!

Great staff, very nice breakfast buffet and decent rooms. All in all a great stay in Kitzbühl!

Parking address is not well found with google maps, gotta know the correct roads to arrive to the hotel parking for check-in. Tablet computer used for check-in is very slow

Very well located close the slopes and the town. The staff though were the highlight for us.

The only critique I would make is that the room was somewhat dark and some more lighting would be helpful.

Basic hotel at heart of Kitzbuhel.

Great location in the middle of the town and near ski-lift. Good breakfast.

Lobby bar closes early afternoon. Beds need update, as the frames keep disturbing noise in the night.

very comfortable place right next to the gondola. easy to rent skis and very short walk to gondola. the room was also very spacious. good breakfast as well!

noisy at night and (for some odd reason) even in the early morning. a lot of house music playing. if you have ear plugs not a big deal though.

Great hotel in central location in Kitzbuhel

Superb stay in a stunning hotel. Great location. We had an excellent room which was big and had a big sunny balcony all day.The sauna and steam were fantastic and they were flexible with our checkout. Very clean and the hotel decor is rustic and cosy. Good value for money too.

As it is so central, it can be noisy at night and in the morning when school children are nearby. The breakfasts were good generally, although it would be good to have had more pastry options and the ability to toast the bread. No Shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms.

Friendly staff, fantastic location in the center of Kitzbuhel. Proximity to restaurants, the aquatics center, and the ski lifts make this a great location when visiting Kitzbuhel anytime of the year.

Lovely location and resort. Hotel very comfortable but very expensive for what was provided.

Lovely room. Great location. Excellent reception staff.

Breakfast was OK but not exceptional for such a quality hotel.. And there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Also the bar was only open half the nights we were there and with no restaurant etc. it essentially became a very expensive Bed and Breakfast place rather than a full hotel.

Great hotel with amazing staff near ski lifts

The location was close to the ski gondola and the village center, every place we wanted to go was walkable. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, they really made the stay special I will certainly stay there again.

The stairs leading for the ski locker were tile and a bit slippery in ski boots

dreadful;. misrepresented - not even a hotel, a dated and depressing B&B. no facilities, not even a restaurant. no idea how it claims to have 4 stars. my daughter cried when she saw the room. v downmarket. utterly overpriced. tired dated decor. avoid

Breakfast and eggs best made ever and main suite amazing I got engaged in the balcony of that suite with the perfect view of the Austrian alps, definitely recommend it very romantic and perfect
