Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Ideal für uns zur Durchreise

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Autopanne und mussten uns mit dem ADAC herumärgern. Das Personal hat uns sehr unterstützt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - frisch und für jeden etwas dabei.. Den kleinen und ruhige Frühstücksraum und die bequemen Stühle schätzten wir sehr. Ist leider nicht mehr Standard in den meistens Hotels.

Goed hotel met lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Kamer was modern ingericht en heel netjes. Kleine koelkast ter beschikking evenals een koffieapparaat en een gratis fles mineraalwater. Voor de hond was een tapijtje voorzien evenals drink-en eetkom en een versnapering. Ons hondje mocht mee in het restaurant ( avondmaal en ontbijt ). Prijs voor de hond €15 per nacht. Voldoende uitlaatmogelijkheden voor de hond in de buurt van het hotel. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het pittoreske stadscentrum van Wiesloch. Onze auto stond geparkeerd in de ondergrondse stadsgarage met onmiddellijke toegang tot de hotelreceptie. Er zijn voorbehouden plaatsen voor de hotelgasten, weliswaar tegen betaling. In het restaurant een gevarieerde menukaart met ook vegetarische gerechten. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en goed georganiseerd. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Vlotte in-en outcheck.

De standaarkamers beschikken jammer genoeg niet over airco. Bijgevolg was het heel warm tijdens de nacht, gezien we het venster niet konden openzetten wegens te veel drukte en verkeerslawaai van het nabijgelegen kruispunt. Er stond wel een ventilator op de kamer, maar die is ‘s nachts wel storend.

Restaurant and bar is open only occasionally. Fitness room doesn't earn its name: no water, no towels, old devices. Order at restaurant has been forgotten. 4 and a half stars? Never! The hotel ceased to exist in the 80s. Will never come back again...

stop off en route to the eurotunnel. Bit more dated than most BW’s but room was nice, comfortable and dark! Perfect for a good nights sleep.

Large British family group for wedding made very welcome all staff spoke excellent English

Rooms were perfect in every detail Cleaning was very thorough Staff very helpful happily providing drinks after bar was shut Wifi in rooms exceptional Were a large group overstayed breakfast with no pressure to leave

Good stay over hotel for travelling groups

Great facilities and a good location for walking into to the town centre. Clean and tidy rooms, with ample car parking. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

Disappointed and frustrated

The beds are comfortable.

The address is wrong in Booking. I copyed and past to Google maps and it brought me to a second building, with no way to enter. There was a note informing to do the check-in cross the street, but there was nothing there. I spent 25 minutes trying to reach the reception on the phone until got an answer to enter the hotel in another street. No apologies, no promises to update the address online to the right one.

Nice hotel, great staff, and very clean!

The rooms were great and the breakfast was amazing! (a little pricey but convenient).

The price of breakfast was a little steep.

The staff was very kind and helpful except for the gentleman who worked at the front desk. Even my wife felt he was rude.
