There is a beautiful waterfall, beach and park in the hotel. There is a cool animation program for children.
The poor breakfast, small portions of dishes at dinner in a restaurant

Good location at the lake, nice view.
This is really not a 4 star hotel and it is really overrated on booking.com The reason is probably the lack of understanding by local customers what a hotel has to meet to get a rating of 9. It is nowhere close to that and this seems to be quite general trend in Argentina. We could start with a many things but perhaps it is enough to say that once you have built a hotel with a nice lake view, you should wash the windows as well. At least once in a while. I do not think they ever did that. Breakfast is usual local kind with lots of white bread. Service is optional. Sometimes works, sometimes not. And so on.

Staff were really helpful. My room was one of the more expensive ones but had an amazing view, almost 180 degrees of lake.
Lovely setting with hotel's own waterfall

Exceptionally Helpful staff.
Quiet location with views of the lake.
The higher rooms have really exceptional views (almost 180 degrees of lake and mountain).
Is a few km outside of Bariloche which is a plus in my view (I did not like the town centre).

We booked this last minute because we were very unhappy with our other accommodation in Bariloche. The guys at the reception were super welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had a view of the lake and an incredibly comfortable bed. The booking included a welcome drink, and we were able to enjoy the amazing views from the hotel terrace, but could also go down to the private beach that is part of the facilities. This was easily one of the best places we stayed in Argentina. The breakfast was plentiful. The facilities clean and modern. Would stay again!
Nothing, everything was perfect. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel!

A beautiful hotel with stunning views and nice rooms. The hotel is right on the lake, and there are great views from cozy lobby and all terraces with a great waterfall right next door.
Our room had a water leak from bathroom and the wall was stained and the flooring was buckling and popping up, very dangerous, we tripped many times. The hotel's website leads you to believe that it is a resort, with bicycles and hiking trails, we were excited to settle in with our children and enjoy nature without leaving the grounds, but they have non of those things. They simply will give you the names of tour companies that will take you on excursions, not at all what we were lead to believe. The hotel was extremely short staffed, we could not have dinner because they couldn't cook enough meals at the same time, the breakfast (manned by one very hard working waitress) was constantly short on supplies as she struggled to keep up, I would hate to see what it would be like when the hotel is full.

The location is excellent, the staff is fantastic
The design of the room was extremely impractical. Its ok if you stay 1-2 nights and you need only bed to sleep.
We stayed 8 nights and this room didn't have any desk or table and nowhere to put the thinks on.
We had to keep most of the stuff on the floor.

I cannot describe how much I loved it here! I was so sad when we left, once you step into this place you feel instant calmness. The staff is the best I have met in a long time, super helpful and nice. You can tell that they make a great team and get along themselves. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the views are too good to be true. Thanks so much!
Our room was just next to the elevator and it was a bit loud but nothing crazy. Also more savory options for breakfast would be nice, we just had eggs, ham and cheese every day.

Excellent breakfast. The shared spaces were beautiful and clean. Private beach access is super nice. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Some rooms are still pending full renovation and are somewhat dated, but overall very comfortable and clean. We would happily stay again.

A beautiful mansion turned into a hotel, with its own waterfall in front of Nahuel Huapi Lake. All the ingredients to stay in a magic place. The staff is really nice. Very well located in the city of Bariloche.
