Un 5* all inclusive aux prestations de qualité dans un cadre magnifique

L'hotel est parfaitement entretenu, la plage privée est belle, la restaurant est qualitative pour un all inclusive. Les équipes sont à l'écoute, le niveau de service est important.

Réseau wifi très instable, court de tennis disponible mais pensez à venir avec un partenaire car aucun coach disponible.

Très beau séjour en famille

La plage de l’hôtel est juste incroyable. Le buffet était très variés et très bon. Le personnel sympathique et très accueillant. Mention spéciale pour Ambre qui a été au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

Le bruit dans les couloirs les soirs. Impossible à dormir. Manque de fraîcheur pour les boissons et cocktails servis.

It was wounderful vacation and hotel staff tryig their best to support.

Really good service, very friendly staff, klean territory, good food, sandy beach useful for chidrens. Nice kinder club with very high professional Nadia, who is really good with childrens and my daughter loved her. Big comfortable room with pool view. Good animation team who is realy active and friendly. My separate kudos to the bartender working on lobbi bar, he is really energetic and happy to make different drinks on demand.

We had Deluxe room and one of the room overlooked the staff road where garbage carts were often driven, which often made the room noisy. Our daughter waked up couple times because of this noise. Drainage in the shower was really slow so water didn't drain properly and they could not fixed it after the call to reception so we were living with this issue during whole stay.

L’hôtel est merveilleux ! Le service est excellent, la nourriture délicieuse, les chambres propres et l’animation super. Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnels! Le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours disponible et très a l’écoute. C’est magnifique.

I loved every moment.

I loved the whole stay. I had an issue with my room and although the hotel was booked out, the hotel manager and reception team did the most to allocate us to a better room and we loved it. Thank you to all the staff for being so lovely and attentive. This isn’t my first time at Jaz and it definitely will not be my last.

편안하고 조용한 휴식을 위한 좋은 호텔

도착하자마자 웰컴드링크와 물수건과 함께 편안한 소파에 앉아서 체크인을 제공받았다. 넓은 풀장이 여러개 있고, 바다와 매우 근접해 탁트인 씨뷰가 가능한 인피니티풀이 온수풀이었던 게 좋았다. 풀사이드 바가 두개이고 10시부터 17시까지 샐러드와 샌드위치, 미니햄버거, 파스타, 피자 등을 식당처럼 주문해서 먹을 수 있었다. 서버들은 주문 및 정리를 위해 열심히 선베드 사이를 돌아다닌다. 전체적인 분위기가 조용하고 풀에도 사람이 많지 않아서 편안하고 조용하게 쉴 수 있었다. 메인부페의 음식도 청결히 유지되고 매일 조금씩 바뀌었다. 저녁에 야외바베큐에서 제공되는 특별요리도 맛있었다. 케밥, 꼬치구이, 게, 새우 등이 매일 한두가지씩 돌아가며 제공된다. 동선이 길지 않아 룸에서 풀이나 해변, 식당을 이용하기 매우 편안했다. 뷔페이자 메인동이 부지의 가운데에 위치하고 있는것이 특이했다.

욕실 어메니티가 벽에 부착되어 짜서 쓸 수 있는 튜브형태라 아쉬웠다. 일찍부터 자리를 비치타월이나 소지품으로 맡아두는 사람들이 많아서 인피니티풀 주변의 선베드 이용이 어려웠다. 객실에서 주요 위치로 가는 이정표가 잘 되어있지 않아 혼란스러워웠다. 퇴실할 때 캐리어를 로비까지 옮기려면 엘리베이터를 타야했는데 몇층에서 내리는지, 내려서 어느방향으로 가야하는지 알 수 없었다.

Достаточно просторные номера, красивая территория, много лежаков. Отель разделен на тихую часть и веселую, каждый найдет по душе. Персонал в ресторане дружелюбный. Отель находится в самом конце пешеходной улицы, вечером можно прогуляться. Нет комаров на территории и в номерах.

Персонал ведет себя избирательно с гостями, есть сотрудники негативно относящиеся к русскоговорящим. При заезде в номер плохо работал слив в номере и даже при обращении для его ремонта, лучше работать не стал. Еда представлена в большом количестве, однако почти не меняется. Многие блюда готовятся просто не вкусно, даже блины на завтрак есть не возможно.

Perfect

Thanks for a nice hotel and warm smiling people ,working in it.They are doing their best to make all their guests happy. This time in Egipt I booked the hotel by BOOKING.COM. And everything went fluent. Booked 3 rooms for 5 persons and informed the hotel that we will arrive about 11 a.m. and asked for a early check in. And I'm very thankful for getting the rooms so early. Best wishes for all of You and hope one day to be Your guest again ;))

It was good

The location is amazing. In addition, pool and sea are very close so, no much walk needed

The food. To be honest it was clean and tastes good but repeated every day. The dinner yesterday is the same like today and no much difference will be found. Furthermore, variety food for our children wasn’t much, for example we have never find Egyptian food like Lazanya & macarona bashamel.

Superb

The hotel is lovely. Everything is very clean and the facilities are very well maintained. The food, especially in the a la carte restaurants, is really amazing. The family rooms are spacious and very convenient. A perfect relaxing beach holiday!! We requested to change our room as we got one with a view of a wall of another hotel. The staff were very helpful and gave us a great ocean view room that made a huge difference.

The a la carte restaurants require men to follow a dress code that doesn't make much sense. No shorts allowed even though it's an open air poolside restaurant in 40⁰C heat. So men are dressed up in long pants and closed shoes but women can be in shorts and flip flops. I would have preferred a spa and salon brochure and some info on the kids club placed in the room rather than the staff coming to us again and again at the pool trying to sell some service.

Some of the staff were too nosy, asking personal questions and other things that shouldn't be discussed - No water dispenser except in the restaurant, so every time I want to drink lots of water I have to go to the bar and ask multiple times while also waiting for the bartender to serve other guests. Also the first day they forget to put a water bottle in my room - There was a guy in the animation team that kept spraying water on people on the color festival event although being told multiple times to stop - The colors from the color festival were still on the swimsuit even after washing it and waiting for couple of hours, and when we contacted the staff to help us with it, they only gave it to the laundry but it still didn't remove the colors and now a 200$ swimsuit is ruined and we are the only to blame I guess! - The check in staff were great and fast, but the check out staff wasn't and I would think a 5 star hotel would have a more professional staff that can also understand English very well, since apparently the guy we were talking to had a little bit of trouble understanding our complaint that we had about something else - After we checked out and cut our bracelet and just chilling by the pool and waiting a couple of hours until the time of our flight comes, I didn't expect a member of the staff to ask me and my girlfriend that we can't sit on the pool restaurant without the bracelet, although it was completely empty and only 2 tables are being served and the most important thing WE WERE ALREADY EATING. So I didn't understand his request whether he wants to take the food from us or just kick us outside the hotel! I've been to lost of 5 star hotels and this is definitely the very first one that I didn't feel like I am getting a 5 start service. Not all the staff were rude and unprofessional but there were definitely some good people who were very good to us.
