Milady is a very kind host. She was very communitive and helpful in every way possible. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The location was outside the main bit which meant a very peaceful nights sleep in the nature!
Nothing to dislike. If you dont like walking i reccomend own transport as its at the top of the hill.

Milady is the most wonderful host with the most wonderful home! She offers more than just a place to stay, wants to help you have the best stay possible in a natural way: gave us a lovely tour of the city on her ATV (for free), and she offered us rides whenever we were heading in the same direction at the same time, loaned us her own snorkeling gear during our stay when we said we were thinking about renting some, helped us out when we had to seek medical attention (non emergency!), and guided us to the best local restaurants as well as the scuba diving center with which be ended up being very satisfied. She even let us use the kitchen of another at that time inhabited room (ours didn’t have a kitchen) when we were ill at no extra cost, because she genuinely wanted us to feel more comfortable in that situation. On top of her incredible generosity her place had a nice setting in nature with a very “untouched” feel (“live and let live” was her Moto) - so we spent a LOT of ours just relaxing in her garden! Nice to see hummingbirds in the garden and once a sleeping bird on a branch during the night. She also has 2 nice dogs. Even though it had a “nature feel” it was only 10 min walk to the center. Would strongly recommend.

We loved the location and our host was amazing! Milady was very knowledgeable of the going on in Utila. It was a short 15 minute walk to the main area.
The room was cozy and comfortable as well. She was also flexible on us staying a few extra nights as we fell in love with Utila!

The host is absolutely amazing! The vibes are great and it really feels like home! Chez Milady is amazing at telling you about the island and all the good places to visit or eat or explore! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to utila!

Milady is so sweet and helpful!!!! I loved everything about this place. It was remote and quiet! And her artistry adds a very unqiue touch to the place.

Brilliant woman that's perfect for those wanting to be a little out of the Bay for a proper night's sleep. Her garden boasts a resident Hummingbird family which is reason itself to go. Milady was so helpful and so well travelled that we got countless brilliant recommendations

The room is quite spacious, well equipped and very quiet. It is better if you also rent a golf cart or a moto to move around.
For the great place that this is, i would recommend some luxury in the bathroom and that would be something else

Incredibly helpful and friendly host - she gave me a tour around town and lots of recs, as well as a ride to the ferry when I checked out; the room was spacious and very comfortable
The mosquitos were the worst I experienced in all of Central America so wear Off Deep Woods (the green one). It's a little bit out of the way from the main drag but the tuk tuks are cheap (but note that one driver was hesitant to go up there because of the mosquitos). No wifi on the property.

Chez is a very kind person. The Lady was so helpful and took me from the ferry with her quad and showed Utila Town. All Her recommedations were much more useful and more relevant than those from the internet. What is more, this is a very interesting person who tries to live as close to the nature as possible. This is why the place is perfect if you want to escape from a big city. Hummingbirds sleep on the plants and iguanas run in the Chez's garden. You can even see the MilkyWay at night. Read the place description carefully, then you will be not surprised why electricity price is not inluded in the price in Booking. If you don't loose the Energy and use it only when you need it, you will not pay extra, don't worry. Thank you for our talks, for kicking me off to Neptunes on the first day, for arrangement my first diving lesson with Andy (Captain Morgan's recommended!), and picking me to the ferry dock in the early morning. Hope see you again on la isla bonita. Muchisimas gracias, Daniel
A bit further from the ferry dock but for me this is an advantage as the place is calm and free from the noise of engines of tuctucs and motorbikes.

Milady is an incredible hospitable and warm personality that welcomed us a day earlier than planned. She took us on a (free) small tour in her golf car and showed us downtown where everything is, really nice and perfect for the first impressions!
