Just amazing ! I can’t get enough you ❤️

Everything is perfect . I cannot describe in words how beautiful it is . But I’m going to say this , I found this place a while ago and in the past month I stayed at Casa Timis 3 times and everything exceeded my expectations. What more can I say … you have to come here and see for yourself.

Only 1 suggestion. It will be great to have a firm mattress For those of us who have back problems .

Perfect spot for a short getaway

educate the staff

The hotel looks amaizing, a lot of places to children to play inside and outside, pool, restaurants, good food, the rooms are a piece of art, beds are extremly confortable. 100 starts for the room and everything build there!

The staff seems to be helpfull but it never really is. I had to ask for a child seat 3 times. I found out they only had one and in the end a friend got it for me. in the morning, I asked twice for a cappucino that never came bue to lack of milk! You have a 5 star hotel and you don’t have enough milk to make a cappucino? I asked to get one in my room and they replyed they can’t bring it because it will spill!

Exceptional

The location is set on a fairytale hillside, between the vineyards and offers wonderful views of the surroundings. The accommodation was unique, as we stayed at the hillside private villas, beautifully decorated and offered a great sense of tranquility. The restaurants had a diverse and delicious menu, while the wait staff was very professional and accommodated all our needs.

The rooms in the Conac area are noisy, you can hear everthing from upstairs. A bit pricy and the meals size is not quite sufficient.

Very nice place, some issues with services

The property overall is nice and the bungalows were spacious and well equipped, offering a unique experience. The food in one of the restaurant (Veranda) was excellent, as well as an excellent buffet breakfast. Breakfast was as good as it gets, from every point I can think of. Service in from the staff in Veranda restaurant was also very nice, extra point for the fact that everyone seem to be very nice with babies that are not always in the best mood.

The service from some of the staff was very bad, for example: at checkin we weren’t presented with any info about the property, we asked if it is possible to upgrade and were told no straight up (no mention about money, so didn’t ask for free upgrade) but next day I saw available bungalows on Booking, we asked for late checkout, which was granted for free, however the staff failed to mention that our key will stop working at noon - on top of this one of the staff members trued to enter our room with a strange explanation… All these were shared with the reception staff on checkout. This left a bad aftertaste, the property is nice and has great potential, too bad the service needs improvement. It might seem I am nitpicking here, however I expect everything to be at a 5 star level, just as the price is

Good food, nice resort, no activities to do for more than 2 days if you have a toddler.

it was clean outside and inside. Still there were little details that were not taking care of.

Internet didn't work properly in the room. They charged for the filtered water that it was supposed to be free.

The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the view, the cleanliness.

We asked for adjacent rooms, they confirmed but didn't deliver. The food was too salty for my taste.

Very expensive, absolutely not worth it

Food was good and many options to pick from for breakfast. They have a room for small children to play.

Not much you can do while staying there. Like really, absolutely nothing you can do. You just go there to sleep or get some quiet time but for the money we paid we were expecting more. There was a golf course we couldn’t use because of the wind and cold weather. No menus for kids, I had real trouble getting something to eat for my 2 years old, for lunch and dinner.

I like the location and the design of the main building.

the coffee was terrible! they must invest in a good coffee machine and quality coffee beans. The prices at the restaurant were way too high for the food offering. Also they didnt have many dishes for kids and also for vegetarians or lactose intolerants :-/

Very pleasant experience

Almost everything. The location is green, calm, cozy. Staying in the bungalow is a very nice experience. The room is large with all the necesary facilities. The staff is polite and willing to help. I enjoyed both restaurants although I would rather recommend 'Veranda' instead of the Italian restaurant for food. Nevertheless, the design of the Italian one is superior. The local wines are very good.

The blanket is too thick and due to its material it is too noisy when you make the slightest movement during the night. This reduces the quality of your sleep. Maybe the mattress is a little bit too soft and not really adequate for a man, but rather for a woman or child. I rather prefer someting more rigid to sleep on. Maybe this is just me. Breakfast could be improved a little bit given the quality of the restaurant food and the location itself. For example, I would recommend including a selection of beef pastrami, additional types of sausages (there was only one, very basic type), a selection of naturally squeezed fruit juice. The blue cheese served could be improved. The one served seemed to be too dry. I would recommend providing more (free of charge) water in the room given the already high price of the rooms. In addition, a solution to cover the bathroom window should be a must. People still need to go to the toillet and have privacy when satisfying their basic needs...no need for your spouse to see you when you defecate...it ruins all the romance... Still, given the positive elements mentioned, I would still rate Casa Timis a 10.

Nice place but clearly overrated.

It’s a very nice property, whole area.

The restaurants are highly overrated, and the menu it isn’t very various. Very expensive prices. In the italian restaurant they didn’t have any pasta.
