The location is stunning! Panoramic views of the Mediterranean, very peaceful and beautiful! The association was affordable as well. Breakfast was great. Accommodation is unique as you are sharing with residents who are there for convalescent purposes. Met some great people, residents and other tourists. People that worked there were nice and helpful. Bedroom was clean but a little hot, kept the balcony door open and the curtain shut to reduce temperatures during the day. Great beaches a 15 min walk from hotel through forest/ woodland. Day trips from Théoule-sur-Mer to Cannes and Iles St Lérins very good.
It is a little remote, there is a free bus though on the hour from Théoule-sur-Mer which stops right outside.

The sea view was great! Quet and relaxing spot.

Fabulous location and pleasant outdoor areas. Friendly staff.
Nothing. It's bargain accommodation with a mixture of tourists, elderly and infirm and social tenants. Accept that.

The views from both the bedroom balcony and the terrace are wonderful, reflecting the great location. The restaurant is really a canteen but the food is good and wholesome. The rooms are basic but have all the essentials. The staff are always helpful (this is our third visit) and the pool was great, although rather chilly.

Superb location with great views. Good facilities, especially the swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious with a large balcony. The ethos of the Association is novel, bringing together all sorts of different people.
A little bit more information about the options for evening meals and how these worked would have been helpful, but admittedly I could have asked for more details. Otherwise, nothing I could fault.

Great localisation with beautiful sea view in small village near Cannes. Free parking. Perfect for low budget stay but don't expect renovated and comfortable place.

Spectacular views.
Our towels weren't clean. Old and smelly bathroom. Nothing felt particularly clean.

Yes, a lot. Especially the views from the balcony.
It is an accommodation for families and elderly, but that's not a problem at all.

The position is great , the rooms have big balconies facing the sea and this is marvellous 🙂
Breakfast and dinner are also good value for money. The personal is very nice.
There is a swimming pool too which is great in 35 C :) Cannes and the red cliffs are very close to make experiences nearby.
The rooms are a bit old fashioned and there is no air conditioner.
Parking lots are limited but we always found a place.

The view is absolutely breath-taking, super calm place and nice breakfast, the old folks were super nice and chatty. It is basically an oldfolks home and they rent out rooms but it is super clean, compfy. I would def visit again. Not to mention there is a clean and awesome pool that you can use. Thank you for having us!
There were no airconditioning but they provided a fan, It was sadly not enough.. The see view has that diasadvantage that it is scorchingly hot in the room at nights.

There is no real hotel servicies, very deficient. The toilet was really dirt and the furniture was very limited and old

This was our second visit and we will return . The location is fantastic (providing you either have transport or like walking), the pool was great and the views are marvelous. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good value for the price. Dinner is good value too and breakfast is typically French. We really like the gentle, friendly ethos of this place and we enjoyed the interaction with some of the residents.
Outside smoking areas could be more clearly indicated.

The view was amazing.
Staff speaks only French, we couldn't communicate in English. The building inside (including room) feels like a hospital. The room didn't have air conditioning

Nice view, nice location, clean room, provided few bottles of water in the fridge when arrived, and I was so pleased as I was really trusty. Thank you Villa Camille for that :-)
Smokers are everywhere, especially when staying with children smokes come to the room from other belcony and also you can't close the windows because of hot temperature. Smokers in breakfast, lunch, dinner tables near you where is the terrace to eat. So to enjoy the view and eat isn't possible if you are non smoker or don't like it. There is no designed smoking zone.
Lift to get to hotel from bus isn't working and especially in the pick season this isn't expected!
Eating; especially for people staying in the hotel is little expensive as the quality of food provided. Cutleries, glasses are not cleaned properly, tray is aren't dried, if you want to maintain a little hygiene you must clean them properly by yourself in the toilet sink.

The view was amazing!!! Plenty of outdoor spaces! Great having a fridge! Free parking!!!
Accommodations were a bit outdated. No shower, just a tub with sprayer.
