Located in Menton Garavan, we offer you a very spacious and bright apartment which is immaculately presented with new furnitures and tastefully decorated.
The two-bedroom apartment is located in a strategic position, close to all kind of services (train station, chemist’s, newsagent, supermarket, medical office, post office) and main attractions. For instance just after a ten minutes walk above the building along Boulevard de Garavan you will find yourself in a wonderful ancient Olive Park overlooking the sea.
The flat is at the first floor of a luxurious, peaceful and safe building with elevator (built in 2005) which is surrounded by elegant and well-groomed gardens with palm trees and exotic plants. There is a modern infinity swimming-pool available with a sunbathing deck around it.
The apartment, which also has its own private garden, is comprised of two double bedrooms both en suite, one with bath tub and the other one with shower. There is a third guest bathroom in the middle of the apartment. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large living room with two sofa-beds (one normal double size and one French double bed), satellite tv, dining table. On the outside terrace there is another table with comfortable chairs. You will also find DVD player, radio and CD/USB player. We provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels. ( 1 set of bed linens for 2 people per week and 1 set of towels per person per week).
Free parking is available about 100 meters away from the building.
At an additional cost of € 10,00 per day (including the day of arrival) there is the availability of a garage in the building.
(Reservations must be from Saturday to Saturday - The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 8 guests; the rates you see on your selected dates are meant for up to 6 guests; for every additional guest there will be an extra charge of €8,40 per night per person.)

Menton is wonderful
The property was situated up above the port of garavan. It was beautiful with great views. It was very well equipped for a long term stay.
After some confusion contacting the owner for checkin instructions, VRBO telephoned him and made contact with the property manager. All was well after that.
I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Schöne Wohnung in Menton
Schöne saubere, geräumige Wohnung. Im Souterrain, wird in Frankreich als erste Etage gerechnet, nach Osten ausgerichtet. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung,nette Küche, nur ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt. Die Duschen sind etwas reparaturbedürftig. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön zum Aufenthalt und Sonnen ist der kleine Garten. Auch das Parken war kein Problem.

Séjour familiale confortable et agréable
Nous avons séjourné à 5 avec nos 3 enfants. La literie est de bonne qualité, notre fils de 9 ans dormait sur un canapé lit confortable situé dans une alcove de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. La piscine est très agréable. Il faudra impérativement compter sur la place de parking en sous sol car en pleine saison, les places sont difficiles à trouver!
Situé sur les hauteurs de Menton, nous avons toutefois réussi à faire la plupart de nos visites à pied. Il faut compter 25 min à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville de Menton mais la promenade est agréable, et nous situant à 5 min à pied de la gare "menton garavan", nous avons tout visité en train: Monaco(20min) et Roquebrune Cap Martin(10min) avec une magnifique plage avec son restaurant très agréable à 2 pas de la station de train.
Le petit jardin est très agréable et invite à faire tous nos repas en terrasse bien protégée de la la pluie en cas de mauvais temps.
Il n'ya pas de climatisation mais l'appartement est assez bien isolé et équipé en ventilateurs. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la canicule en dépit de température au delà de 35° certains jours.
Nous recommandons cette location!

Bel immeuble confortable et fonctionnel. Cependant des pbs de parking même hors saison. Possibilité de louer le garage moins cher hors saison? Qqs manques en vaisselle . Essoreuse à salade théière grille pain grands bols et mugs.

Fabiana en Chistian zijn zeer behulpzaam, direct bereikbaar, felexibel, geweldig!!!
Het woning is zeer confortabel, brand schoon, alles is aanwezig!!!!! Zelfs zeer nette zwembad.
Locatie is heel centaal tussen Monaco en Italie en dichtbij het centrum van Menton.
Het is echte aanrader .
Wij gaan zeker nog terug.

A great week in beautiful Menton
This is a really good functional apartment with a great view from the terrace table / garden . Fabiana was a lovely host and very responsive. The description on the website is very accurate . We were a party of 7 adults and found it a bit of ‘ a squeeze’ . It was our choice to stay in one place rather than rent 2 x apartments and we all had fun together . I would definitely go back to this apartment and Menton is just beautiful . Thank you Fabiana and Christian .

Basic
Basic apartment. No luxury. Only 2 loungers, not allowed to sit on the grass in the garden.No shade or parasol. It would have been nice if the owner had left a dishwasher tablet or a cloth perhaps a little salt and pepper maybe but nothing.Only one good bedroom,the other was dark and no window,only looked onto a wall.Not suitable for 8 adults. All wardrobe s in the hall, non in The bedrooms, no hooks to hand anything on in bed or bathroom.we asked for lids to the saucepans and serving dishes,we got them quite quickly. Perhaps a few scatter cushions on the awful throws on the settees would have made it more homely,

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick
Wir haben eine super schöne Woche in Fabianas Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie war eine tolle Gastgeberin und war jederzeit für uns da, wenn wir eine Frage oder Bitte hatten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist auch mit dem Kinderwagen super zu erreichen, weil der Aufzug direkt vor der Wohnungstür ist. Fabiana stellte uns extra ein Babybett, Babyschlafsäcke, einen Hochstuhl und Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!
Leider war es noch ein bisschen zu kalt, um auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aber der Blick aufs Meer und der kleine Garten sind traumhaft! Zu Fuß schlendert man etwa 15-20 Minuten am Meer entlang in die Stadt. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, Fabiana!

Sehr schöne Lage und eine schicke Wohnung. Ideal für Liebhaber bergiger Landschaft. Die Wohnung ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, jedoch gibt es schon die ein oder andere Treppenstufe.

très bel appartement avec patio et jardin privatif. Très fonctionnel et complet. Joli parc arboré donnant sur la piscine de la résidence à débordement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer dans un environnement calme et paisible.

Très bien. Je recommande
Un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Une vue imprenable sur la mer, un jardin sans vis-à-vis et sécurisé qui a permis à nos enfants de 3 et 7 ans de s'amuser sans danger, une terrasse au soleil pour le petit déjeuner et à l'ombre pour profiter du barbecue le midi. Une literie très confortable. Le bonheur de la piscine avec vue mer. Le seul bémol fut la difficulté du stationnement du fait que le parking n'était plus compris dans le prix à notre arrivée et que la rue très en pente et sinueuse ne permet pas de se garer facilement aux abords de la résidence (juste 2 places devant et non réservées). Mis à part cela, un endroit à retenir pour se reposer et profiter de la belle ville de Menton ainsi que de l'Italie toute proche. Je recommande

Chateau Vacation of our dreams
This is a hidden gem! The unit is clean, new and modern with all the amenities. Because this unit is on the ground floor, you also get your own private lawn/veranda. The complex has a pool with a fabulous view of ocean and old town Menton. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but having the pool more than makes up for that! Our two-year-old still talks about the beautiful swimming pool. Parking may be an issue, but we were lucky enough to use the free space right across the street all week long. We slept very well here, due to the excellent shutters on the windows, and the quiet neighborhood; the unit is very close to the Menton Garavan train station, but noise is NOT an issue. Fabiana and Christian are friendly and helpful hosts. We almost don't want to recommend this property because we'd like to stay here again, but it deserves to be booked all year long.

Nice, functionl apartment & good location
Fabiana's apartment was nice, spacious and suprisingly quiet. Everything worked nicely.
There were room enough for 7 people.
The pool area is beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Menton is nice town. The train stop near at house helped us to explore the area. It was easy to travel around.
It was also easy to arrange to get keyes altough our arrival was quite late. Fabiana replied to our question in time every time. Nice and easy holiday.

Unglaublich - Wunderschön - einfach Perfekt
Wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer genialen Wohnung. Es war alles aufeinander abgestimmt, jedes Detail der Wohnung ansprechend und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse mit angeschlossenem Garten lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Natürlich mit Blick auf das Meer, einfach einzigartig. Der Pool ist sehr schöne gelegen, gleich ums Eck in einem wunderschönen Palmengarten, und auch hier mit Blick aufs Meer.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Garage, man kann sein Fahrzeug auch in der Strasse abstellen, dort gibt es immer freie Plätze. Zum Bahnhof ist es wirklich nur ein Steinwurf, egal wohin man fahren will . An der Cote ´d Azur am Besten mit dem ZUG.
Auf ein Apero am Abend schlendert man 15 Min. in die Altstadt, am Strand entlang. Dort kann man einen kleinen Stop im "Festival Plage" einlegen oder gleich dort bleiben. Sehr ansprechend und es wird von der Eigentümerfamilie der Wohnung geführt.
So jetzt ist gut, Fazit unserer Reise nach Menton - Gerne wieder und gerne wieder in die Wohnung der Familie AMORE.
