Bel endroit mais des imperfections

Le personnel était charmant; différents services comme la salle de yoga, de co working et le jardin sont top. Possibilité de se faire amener les repas en chambre

La climatisation ne pouvait pas se régler et était mal entretenu, au dessus du lit je suis repartie avec un rhume. La salle de bain était pas du tout confortable, un énorme trou dans le plafond et un plastique de chantier à la place d’une fenêtre, le carrelage extrêmement glissant et le robinet qui ne tient pas vraiment Ayant pris un petit déjeuner sur ma terrasse, l’assiette a été débarrassé que le soir car je leur ai demandé (bonjour les fourmis) Aussi, après avoir nettoyé ma chambre je me suis retrouvée sans serviette, le personnel a du prendre une serviette de la chambre d’à côté car sinon ils n’en n’avaient plus…

Would definitely stay here again, great location and price

Pool was big and deep, stayed in for hours ! Great place to meet people, quiet and decently spacious rooms.

Bathroom wasn’t the best and we could have used a tidy during our stay

Not worth it!

I was lucky enough that i only spent a night here and i did not had a pleasant stay at all. First, the window cannot be locked from inside and they do nothing about it except for ‘we will ask the guard to check regularly’. How much do you trust the guard you barely know? Especially when you are a solo traveler and also a woman. The room were also located at the corner so if you ask me about my safety during my stay i would definitely think twice to stay here again. Second, theres a lot of trash in front of my balcony and the smells coming from it, it’s the worst! Sticky floor cus floor mat are not provided and the room were dirty to my preference. Toilet needs a deep clean. Dont make me start with the seating couch at the pool area. You dont even want to seat on that filthy couch trust me. Overall, dont waste your money here it’s not worth it.

Awful.

The property is in a great location for accessing Kuta Lombok centre.

The rooms are awfully outdated, hotels in the ceilings, plugs hanging out the walls and the lights are so dim. You can hardly see anything. The staff moved us into a different room which was just as poor if not worse for lighting. The shower was disgusting we didn’t even want to shower in it.

Prima locatie, accommodatie erg verwaarloosd

Kamers zijn opnieuw geschilderd maar er is nog veel meer achterstallig onderhoud. Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Personeel niet erg geïnteresseerd, ontbijt kon niet op de rekening van de kamer worden geschreven. Geen kussentjes op de stoelen op de veranda van het huisje. Ligging is prima, net uit de drukte en vlak bij het strand

Onderhoud elektriciteit, badkamer gevaarlijke plekken met blootliggende electriciteitsleiding bij de spiegel!

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Localisation top, proche de tout les magasins et plages. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, adorable et au petit soins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour magnifique. Merci d’avoir mis notre bébé à l’aise. Bisous de Naya!

Nice location, friendly stuff but at night a bit noisy

Nice location, friendly stuff and good room. Bit expensive for the average around but maybe that’s also because they offer coworking spaces

Unfortunately there were no restrictions to the pool usage at night which is in the center of all apartments that have a glass front to the pool side. So when people came back from there night out and stayed at the pool it was really loud / noisy. Except if that, everything good

Lovely stay

Location was amazing, staff was so nice and helpful! Also available to rent a scooter there and food was good. Also an amazing pool area. Room was really big and ac worked great.

WiFi connection wasn’t great. Also bathroom could use renovation and overall cleaning could be better.

Pleasant hotel

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the main beach in Kuta and is also very close to many restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Very good WIFI.

We had a bungallow No. 5 and the door was very hard to open and close and impossible to lock.

Great place to travel and work in Lombok

Great location, staff was super attentive and internat was amazing, perfect to work a few hours before going to the beach. The pool was also great!

Bathrooms in the deluxe bungalows were not that good since they were with open ceiling and outside the room structure. Also, the hotel is very close to one of the speakers of the local mosque so you wake up at 5am to loud prayers.

Lovely bungalows, clean, the staff were so friendly, good pool and restaurant if you wanted. Close to the beach and shops but nice and quiet.

The grounds are beautiful and modern. The rooms are nice with good aircon. Pool area was nice to sit around

A bit of a walk to the main town centre, the room was very dark even during the day and little privacy as the large glass doors look straight onto the pool seating area.

great hotel with lovely rooms and facilities

really beautiful rooms and pool area - plenty of seating and grassy area around the pool. staff were great and accomodating of all needs - swapped our room with no trouble when it was discovered our aircon didn’t work. a great option for a quieter but still social stay in Kuta :)

location, pool and garden, and specially the staff who is so nice! super friendly and so helpful! oh and also the little kittens. but yea all the staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and gave the place such good vibes and great spirits! they should be awarded because they are truly very serviceable :).

the bathroom was not clean at all..the shower had old mould stains all over the walls.. if it wasn’t for that it would have been a great value for money stay.. also the coworking space isn’t really finished and was super dirty and dusty- but to make things worse the owner (or manager maybe) came in repeatedly asking when we would finish while we were busy working (my partner was in an important meeting) which I thought was extremely inappropriate.. specially if you are offering a working space and have other meeting rooms you can use (in this case he had said he needed the room for a staff meeting but ended up using the one next to us). a smart thing would have been to put a sign on the door advising that the meeting room needed to be free by 3 pm or whenever his staff meeting was at.

The location was great and the staff was nice

We booked two rooms and they were quite different from each other. The other one was ok as far as I understood but ours was less so. There was a weird smell which was even stronger in the bathroom. There was also a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The electricity kept going on and off and the wi-fi was bad. The swimming pool was full of dead bugs.
