Wasn’t just a average town house , massive back yard was amazing

Bed covering just bundled up on bed

We liked nearly everything, the unit was perfect for us! Such a great spot, quiet, close to the beach and the unit was fresh and lovely.
The blinds in the back bedroom were too light so we were woken every morning when the sun came up, just needs some heavier blinds or curtains instead.

Great spot close to everything.
The locks on the doors are ridiculous.

Great location. Sort walk to the beach and close to the Tomaree head summit walk.

Location was good, close to waterfront. Well appointed apartment, lots of storage for small townhouse. Backyard with grass, could see a little of the bays' water through kitchen window.
Keys didn't fit front door I had to get real estate to bring other keys and then the new keys spun in the lock, unable to leave front door shut without having to use keys to open from inside apartment. Main door locked automatically. Foxtel didn't work no card. Couldn't buy the correct coffee pods for the Coffee machine. Having to use stepladder to use microwave and get glasses and cooking implements out of wall cupboards. Leather lounge not to comfortable to sit on, felt like rolling off. Rained on and off for 4 days, needed better weather. Squawking birds at 5am for short time.

there were no toiletries, soap or shampoo made available.

The location was great
We were left the wrong keys and weren’t able to check in until midnight (called the out of hours number a million times, kept going to voicemail). Once we checked in the place smelt, the bed quilts hadn’t been washed, the tea and coffee were out of date, there was no soap, the spa bath didn’t work, the place was riddled with spiders and the hot water didn’t work. Honestly I could go on and on. it was easily the worst property I’ve ever stayed in and Winning holidays (the company who manage the property) have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent location, the staff at the managing agent we spoke to were very polite, helpful and professional (in particular Gina and Jane who were able to rectify an issue we had with the initial invoice sent to us). Margaret who we dealt with when picking up the keys as well as Mikaela who we handed the keys were very friendly as well. There were negative reviews in the Managing agent's website which were of a little concern however all staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location of the villa was great and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the unit was clean and spacious with all amenities.
We liked everything except may be the 5th bed (one of the pull out beds) weren't as comfortable as the rest however this was a minor inconvenience.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay. Really comfortable. Close to the water, National park and beaches, the restaurants & shops are all in walking distance. TV has Foxtel and Netflix and each bedroom has small TV which was great for rainy weekend.
Sofas were bit uncomfortable to sit on but everything else was perfect.

Location.
Emails asking for check out.
Having to pay to have a bed made.
Faulty electrical in kids room. Power point in wall at bedside table. Not safe and not good being the kids room. Needs to be fixed asap.

Wasn’t very clean
Keys were a pain
No blackouts so the kids woke as soon as the sun did
