Good restaurant, inexpensive and tasty food.
Shaky floors, uncomfortable beds, peeling floors and ceilings. Small old TV showing only a few Polish channels through the fog. The room was stuffy, but it was not safe to open the windows because there was construction scaffolding outside the window. The smell of meatballs in the corridors.

We were expecting a hostel with bunk beds etc but this was actually a really really nice and clean hotel with all the amenities we required.
Kettle and cups were provided but no tea bags etc.
But for the price we paid we didn’t expect there to be anyway. Brilliant hotel.

Most of all - great, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room was very spacious, nice bathroom, very clean and fresh. The kitchen has a small but fantastic menu; meals are generous, delicious and great prices (I travel quite a bit and know the comparison). Amazing value for the $. The hotel has some exterior renovation going on, but it was not loud at all. If I am ever again in Malbork, I will stay there again.
No such thing - all good for me!

Ladies at the reception and lady in the restaurant were brilliant 🙂 and made my stay lovely 😍 thank you!
Location - it is a good 25-30 min walk from the Malbork castle with a heavy luggage
Dated old fashioned facilities decor from communist era 😂 (Poland many years ago) very dated old TV with only one channel working sadly the remote control was dirty 😕
Work outside - there was work going on so all windows were secured by tape it was very difficult to open the window
Restaurant was pleasant but no dairy free vegan milk or lactose free milk and no good and varied vegetarian options

Food was good, well located, friendly staff and very good rooms for the price. Would definitely recommend, really enjoyed my stay.
There was no kitchen facility as far as I’m aware, but this was made up for by the excellent hotel food and the proximity to Lidl.

The restaurant offers very tasty and not too expensive food in huge portions. It works till 10 pm so you can have a meal anytime during the day. The hotel was old but clean and very cheap.
It needs a little refurbishing and you can hear room neighbors very well :)

Bed was extremely comfortable, shower was excellent
The carpet clearly hadn't been hoovered for a very long time. Hairs and dust galore. A real shame as the room itself was lovely!

Great value for money. Private parking and private bathroom. Heating in the room was working perfectly and that's a big plus for those travelling with little kids. Everything was nice and clean, restaurant within premises with good food and good prices.
A small fridge in the room would be nice.
When you pay for the breakfast, the coffee is not included in the price for some reason - 7PLN and is not really worth it to be honest.

Room spacious and tidy with basic décor (but I've chosen economy price so expected that), clean bathroom and shower, sink and toilet, fairly quiet area to sleep. Very helpful and friendly staff and great hotel restaurant with fantastic décor and equally great food (massive portions!). We liked the fact that we've had very close (across the street) to the nearest shopping centre and Lidl if we needed to get extra bottle of water or snacks.
Room did not have a small fridge which would be useful, also floor requires some repairs as it is bit dated and panels keep moving when one walks. Big con for us was the distance from the town centre and historical sites in Malbork, but we've managed to use local public transport to get there in the end. The hot water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and would be good if someone could check it. Also, one of the lanterns shone straight in our window which was quite inconvenient in the night.

Very comfortable bed, quiet, clean bathroom, easy check-in. And that Is everything you need :)
Only a few plugs, not So Close to the bed. Malbork Is small town, somehow this hostel Is still relativaly far to the city centre and the castle.

location
cleanless (found old sock under bed)
elementary quality of rooms (i.e. wc door locks, bed cracling)
breakfest (small selection, without fruit, juice is inferior and children do not want to give it)

Cozy place with surrounded shop center and enormous parking place.
be aware if you do not like soft sleeping places ex. mattresses.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was good. Food was delicious.
No English menu, no kettle in room, no seating in lobby area. Overall little or no information in English. Breakfast not very accessible. Pre booked double room was 3 single beds.

Its in a place near the center
The facilities are basic
6.0 / 10.0
Spacious room, nice bathroom, cheap.
No character and furniture was quite dated. Not sure why they don't just put a double bed in such a large room as well!

Comfortable bed
Missing basic things in the room such as Kettler, rubish bin..
9.0 / 10.0
It looked plain and nothing special from the outside but my room was great. The facilities looked like they had perhaps been remodeled fairly recently. It was a short walk to town and just a few minutes walk to the train station. I was pleased that there was large grocery store directly across the street.
