Bien situé, grande piscine, idéal familles

Hôtel simple mais efficace. Proche du lac, très belle et grande piscine dans l'hôtel voisin dont vous pouvez profiter trois heures par jours. Proche de deux des meilleurs restaurants de la ville (Old Cellar et Berc). Parking devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct. Idéal pour les familles.

potential to be so much more- but nice enough

location, room layout, ease of access. kindly afforded me a late checkout

rooms not well designed to avoid noise! hearing neighbours’ hairdryer is not ideal. front desk reception needs attention, they appeared poorly trained and not geared towards customer service.

Recommended

Everything was great from location, comfort of the rooms (so happy to have these inter-connected rooms, which are great for families, but we can't find them in many places). Good restaurants nearby, the lake is just 5 min away. A big plus is the access to the SPA.

Great location and breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Location is really good and the access to the swimming pool next door is lovely.

The shower went from really hot to cold and the air conditioning is cool but not really cold.

Staff were helpful.and friendly. They called me in the room after I had been there for about 30 minutes to see if I needed something.

Not worth the money

The location is fine, not far from the lake. The gratuitous three hours in the spa of the neighboring hotel was also nice, but nothing special as only the pools were included.

While most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially during the checkout, there was one person who was borderline rude, and all interactions were rather unpleasant. The WiFi connection was rather poor. The shower was terrible: the water changed the temperature randomly. Very unpleasant experience to suddenly get a flow of boiling or nearly freezing water onto your head. The breakfast was mediocre, with absolutely minimal choice of food, and crowded, even though it was not in a peak season. The door to the balcony worked terribly and sometimes didn't open at all. There was the smallest kettle in the room but not even a single tea bag. Overall, with the wide choice of hotels available at Bled, I would recommend booking something else.

Very good location, very helpful and friendly employees

Very expensive and quite old hotel. I suppose that this is 3 stars hotels, not 4 stars. Very poor breakfast, room was not clean enough. I expected much more for amount of money I paid

Overall, as a 4 star hotel, I would advise supplying tea/coffee in the room

Breakfast was excellent, great variety to choose from. Staff very friendly and professional The location was perfect for my work meetings at the National Park info Centre

Kettle and cups supplied in room, no tea/coffee available No drinking water available in room. Had very loud and noisy neighbours for one night

I don't know if the staff from the other hotel (where the breakfast and dinner are served-less than 10 m from the hotel-), has something to do with the actual staff from Savica, but they were super rude and arrogant and not helping at all.

Excellent place to stay in Bled with wonderful pool complex and breakfast

The room was absolutely wonderful. We stayed on the top floor with a view of Lake Bled. The price in September on a Saturday was $140 which for Lake Bled wasnt bad. The breakfast which was in the sister property in the same parking lot was wonderful. They had everything. The most outstanding thing was you had free admission to the wellness center pools in the sister property. There were numerous pools and hot tubs. We used them at night after spending the day in Bled and in the morning after breakfast. Don't miss out on these.

The stay was right for what we needed, if I were to go again I would stay in the sister hotel

The location was perfect, the food was.very good and the swimming pool was good

The bugs at night were a real pain, they covered the bed so was unable to sleep in it.

Central hotel with nice family rooms and excellent breakfast

The hotel offered very nice family rooms where our children had their own room. The location of the hotel is very close to the lake of Bled in walking distance. There is a nice indoor swimming pool in the Rikli Balance hotel just across the hotel that is free of charge for hotel guests. Also the breakfast was offered in Rikli Balance: This was really top! Overall very good value for the money.

The double rooms are rather small and obviously somebody smoked in the non smoking room. The interior is not very modern, renovation would be beneficial.
