The hotel was amazing, the grounds and rooms were
Extremely clean, the hotel is next to the piazza with all the shops and restaurants as well as two beach clubs couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast every morning was excellent and the staff were all very helpful

excellent breakfast, great ocean front location with awesome view and staff were very obliging
4.0
The best location. Close to everything. And quiet at the same time. There is lots of restaurants, small shops next to the hotel. The hotel has their own private beach located between the rocks with the trees, wild and incredible view, private calming atmosphere. For those who likes more noisy atmosphere there is public beach, with soft entrance to the water(you have to pay for bed and umbrella) with lots activity ( jet ski, boats)
The hotel as it is was very nice with Sardinian style. The stuff was very friendly. The food was nice. Dinner was different choices every evening
Maybe you expect something more fancy for this money, but seems it’s normal for Sardinia in August
In general only good memories
Expect more value for this money. In general all is good

Every thing I am looking for in my journey.
Specifically the staff we met, front desk, maids, and author services staff.

Excellent location, v easy access to the beach and restaurants. Some restaurants amazing food and not so overpriced.
Morning cleaning very noisy, constant banging doors.
The boat trip to Archipelago Magdalena offered at the hotel is so overpriced , €200 per person plus €10 for taxi per person, for family of 4 is such overpriced experience- specially we haven’t see the most exciting part of archipelago- they took us for easy and boring parts- with 3 stops - lunch v simple and you have to pay for your drinks on the board. Too expensive for this experience. In Bonifacio in Corsica- the same trips for $135.

Fabulous location, awesome view, lovely staff, great breakfast including gluten-free options. The Junior Suite had a very large terrace overlooking the sea and there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we arrived.
The only drawback was the airco was not very strong so if the weather got any warmer, it would have been uncomfortable in the room. Also the location is hard to reach unless you rent a car. Taxis cost around 100 euro each way to Olbia (airport).

Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect
The bathroom in the room was rather dated

The staff were friendly, and we even got a free room upgrade. Lovely views from the bar, which gives you a generous plate of snacks with any order. Just a few minutes walk to some gorgeous beaches where you can go snorkeling.
There's no pool, which I think is a missed opportunity. If you're going in the off season then all but one of the nearby restaurants will be closed, so you'll need to eat at the hotel (expensive) or drive to another village / town.

the location was amazing, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. the beach and restaurants and bars were so easy to walk to.

Very spacious, clean room with nice bathroom.
Friendly staff, nice Sardinian decorations, beautiful garden, very good breakfast.
Amazing view from the restaurant (terrace available) and beach 50 m from the hotel (big, sandy city one) and private with interesting rocks.
If you like panorama views, you can climb to Batteria Battistoni.
Free parking available in the hotel.
It can be noisy because the door is not very thick. If you need silence or you are very sensitive to sounds, ask for a room away from the others.
If you are going there in high season, it is very busy village, but if you are there after high season, almost everything is closed in the area (restaurants, shops etc.). Just take it into account and plan some activities in the neighbourhood.

The manager (mr Giulio) of the restaurant/breakfast room and his staff is very professional, welcoming and attentive

everything of the hotel is very good or perfect, especially the hotel staff who are all very friendly and professional! one example is the staff at the breakfast dining room, our boy made a mess on the table and the gentleman of the restaurant covered the dirty table with a clean towel to make a professional "look" , which is highly appreciated}
However, the rooms are a bit smaller than I had expected (given the fact that we paid almost EUR 5k for 4 nights, 2 rooms), moreover, the beach towels were not replaced in a timely basis as I needed to fetch them from the reception for our two rooms....

No Welness&Spa, no pool, no gym. Decent food in the restaurant.

Great hotel, wonderful facilities in a fantastic location all made special by the best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel totally at home and welcome.
The area is also beautiful with so many activities and facilities near by. Can’t recommend enough.
