Dejligt privat og stille hotel.

Privat indgang og privat terasse. dejligt med Morgenmad to go når vi rejset tideligt.

Sengen var ikke god. :-( kunne mærke fjedrene og madrassen var alt for blød.

Staff was very friendly!

There was no curtain between shower and toilet! So the toilet was wet every time after using the shower! I was expecting fresh butter for breakfast in the hotel of this category and also hot milk! But butter was from small packages and this butter is always as plastic! It was cool already in the morning, so to have hot coffee with milk was impossible as coffee was just warm and milk was cold!

This is a Motel, not a Hotel. Luxury price, with economy service. Nice location.

The location was fine. Next to the water. Pleasant walk / cycle into town. The hotel has a terrace with a great view, where you can have breakfast.

I booked a junior suite with a sea view. I was allocated a room with a view of the car park. The sea could be seen through the trees beyond. We stayed four nights. The rooms were not cleaned during this period, sheets and towels not changed unless you specifically request it. The rooms are basic. You can hear children and dogs barking in the other rooms. Although there's a kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms, only 4 PAPER cups were provided. Bikes are available to hire, at £7 each for half a day. I asked Reception if they could provide any information on local restaurants, but they couldn't.

I can’t wait to stay here again the next time we visit Svendborg.

Wonderful location with a public beach and field next door. The hotel accepts dogs! The view overlooking the water from the room’s balcony and restaurant were serene and restful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There is access of a path along the water so we could take a pleasurable walk with our dog.

Very, very little not to like. I would have like a lactose-free option for yoghurt and milk for my coffee, but that’s a nitpicking.

The view

The overall stay. The Room had a stain on the floor that looked like tomato sauce and the bedroom was not what it looked like on the pictures. The room was crazy hot and the only way to cool it down in the middle of the night was with an AC that made a lot of noise.

Definitely not worthy of its 4 star designation, yet is priced like one.

Large room, nice balcony

Tiny bathroom, terrible shower with no door so water runs all over bathroom floor and soaks the toilet paper, minuscule sink, ridiculously thin toilet paper. Cups for coffee are paper, no glasses in bathroom (undoubtedly because there’s no space on the sink for them). stingy with soap, shampoo, etc.

Pity the restaurant was closed for dinner over winter. We were there on a Sunday and many of the restaurants around the area were also closed. An updated list of alternative restaurants would have been helpful.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly.

The second “room” was not accurately depicted in the photos. It was like closet. Kitchenette didn’t have any trashbag and no kitchen paper. Shower made the whole floor wet in the bathroom

Nice location - but everything else did not deliver to the price and expectations.

The location was nice and the water is very close where there also was a playground to be found - and with two kids - that's something to enjoy. The breakfast was ok and it is easy by car to get into the city center.

The hotel is outdated - we believe it was a beautiful hotel in the 80-the 90s but the price, the stars, etc. didn't deliver in the 2020s. sockets were very old and many didn't work or were out of the wall. The fridge was something from the '90s. I must say we were very disappointed with the quality of the "hotel".

Balconies were not separated, so we could hear and see our neighbors. It would have been nice to have more privacy for a sea view room with balcony. Ventilation in the room was not very good.
