الاطلاله ياناس شي ساحر

الشقه روعه و نظيفه جدا ،، و الاطلاله جميله .. طبعا اخترنا الاطلاله الي تكون على الوادي و الجبال .. ولا اروع . انصح فيه و بشده ، مواقف مجانيه . طبعا نظام جميع النوعيه هذه من الشقق او الاكواخ مافيه تكيف لكن الجو خيالي فقط لما تفتح البلكونه .. و صاحبه الشقق سيده محترمه جدا و مبتسمه دائما .

الشي الوحيد فقط انه مافي مصعد و شقتنا كانت الدور الثالث . لكن بشكل عام انصح فيه و بشده ..

If you are thinking of booking: do it!

Absolutely everything was perfect during my stay. I had a single room (how awesome is it that singles are finally treated well at a holiday address!). The view from the balcony is superb, great spot to work on the laptop and enjoy the view as well. The room itself was cosy (as we say: gezellig/gemütlich) and the owner very helpful and friendly. The center of Zell am Ziller is about a 12 minute walk, or you can take the bike at the appartements. 10/10 would recommend!

Very well set up apartment with wonderful owner.

Excellent apartment and wonderful owner. Location was ideal for the town. Lots of small details such as coffee machine with capsules made the stay so nice.

Wonderful accommodation, very friendly host, all the comfort one could expect. It was extremely clean and had a huge lovely terrace. Highly recommended!

Host was very friendly, left lovely gift in the room on arrival and also at checkout. Only one thing: it would have been great to have an easier communication prior to my stay there - hard to reach by phone or messages.

Such a beautiful place, had a wonderful week. Fantastic location, lovely hosts and the views from the balconies are sublime. Lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities (including lovely coffee pods). Love this place (second visit) and will be back again.

It was a pleasant stay to me not bad.

I liked the location of the apartment+ it was clean.

• There is no sufficient lights inside the room and the corridor. it feels like you are living in the cave. • Also, there is no elevator in the apartment. it is very hard and tired to take the luggages into the 3rd floor and only using stairs.

Relaxing stay in Zell am Ziller

Nicely appointed 40 sqm unit, large wrap around bakcony where we ate meals, stupendous view of the nearby mountains, large high-quality bed, everything organized well and functional in the apartment.

Lovely stay

Nice property, quiet place, clean room, comfortable bed, everything you need. There is a bus stop next to the hotel which will take you to zillertal arena. If you want to go to Mayrhofen it will take you 10min walking to the train station where you can take either a bus or a local train (ca 10min). The property is located in Zellberg, not in Zell am Ziller (for taxi drivers it apparently makes a big difference in terms of price). I arrived earlier, but was settled with no problem, which was very nice. But better inform the hotel what time you arrive.

No breakfast, it was very disappointing, as the property is located a bit far from everything. The room has a small kitchen, but it’s not convenient. Might be there is fresh bread delivery, but I was not offered one. The room could have been less busy with old furniture and more modern, but it was not so crucial. Other than that, no complaints.

Comfortable and quiet

Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean, cosy, well decorated apartments with all required utensils and conveniences. Even the knives were sharp, which is really rare))) Free soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion added to the positive impression. A clean nice sauna and a steam bath in the basement with no limitation to use. At the same time we felt like we were alone in the house - very quiet, existence of neighbors could only be identified by cars at the parking or light in the windows. A ski bus stop in front of the apartments is a plus, though we did not use it, as we had a car - parking at the lifts is fee. Pity, we had to leave earlier, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

A tap in the kitchen is better to be fixed, as it screams when opened.
