Besides the view and location, there’s not much else going for the property. The MANAGER is extremely rude and not welco

The view is beautiful and it’s close to Fira, about an 5 minute drive. The staff BESIDES THE MANAGER were fine. There is a car rent hire as you walk out of the hotel to left and it’s about 500m down on the corner, hire a quad from them it’s very convenient and reasonably priced.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower head is detachable but built in at the bottom of the shower so you have to hold the shower head in one hand the whole time you’re washing yourself which can be very inconvenient if you’re a female, washing hair etc. The swipe reader to our room didn’t work the whole time we were there and after multiple technicians came out to see it, they were unable to repair it so we had to use a physical key to enter in and out of the property.

Awful Awful Awful

Santorini was nice, Villa Irini was the worst experience of my life!! I have emailed and messaged reservations at Villa Irini, a girl called Joanna which i was advised to do, i have now sent 13 mails and messages and have not got one reply or acknowledgment from anybody.

My advice would be to to avoid this place like the plague! We booked here for our honeymoon and were so excited about visiting Santorini until the taxi pulled into this place!!! We were met by another 2 male tourists in car park also venting their frustrations at the staff. It is nothing like it is portrayed as on booking.com, it is dirty, the pool is in the carpark (no sunscreen, drinks or food allowed at pool), which is funny cause we could not get a drink or food because their restaurant was closed , the rooms are awful, the outdoor heated tub is no bigger than a sink basin, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with any company, it is grossly overpriced, we checked in at 12.30 on the 18th August and checked out at 1.30 on the 18th August. We were told on check in that reception closed at 10pm but they would give us some numbers in case we needed to contact anybody during the night "in case we heard something outside", no footpaths outside property to walk anywhere, the property is advertised as been close to attractions, it is not near anything!! We booked into hotel 800 metres down the road that turned out to be €100 a night cheaper and was absolutely amazing and we are so grateful they could help us. I cannot state enough how much I would advise against booking a stay at this property! Booking.com customer service also has come back to say that we can contact property directly to try arrange compensation but when i told them the property would not reply, they stopped replying too.

The shower head holder is at an inexplicable low height. I'm not tall but the shower head when hang could only shower from my waist down. It should be pretty simple for them to just move the current holder to a higher position. The way it is setup right now it forces you to shower holding the shower head with one hand at all times or shower while sitting.

AMAZING!!

Everything was perfect! Thank you to the two ladies at the front desk, Maria and Clio. They organised everything for us so well. Thank you to the staff who cleaned our rooms daily and to the waiter at breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. Room had a fantastic UNBLOCKED sunset view - why squeeze with the crowd in Oia when you can enjoy it from the comfort of your room.

It was the perfect getaway. I felt like I was in my own little paradise almost like a little island on the island.

It was very peaceful. Well kept. Has spectacular views. Staff was exceptional. A real breakfast was included. Food was good. Personal hot tub was definitely an added bonus. I like that it was off the beaten path. It is within in walking distance to a restaurant, a couple of small markets and a bakery. It is on a bus line or if you feel up to the challenge about a 30 min walk to to town center. It’s an easy walk. After a day out, it was great to come to such a serene atmosphere. I stayed there off season so the rates were really reasonable and really quiet.

The TV is quite small. There are so many things to do on the island but some days that I just wanted to chill and watch TV. I wish there a few more options on the menu at the in-house restaurant.

The sunset view was perfect. Felt so exclusive staying at the villa. Staff were friendly, helpful in recommending good restaurants and also places of interest. Breakfast was served with a personal touch.

Wonderful Views and Amazing staff!

The staff is absolutely AMAZING!! Vanessa, Maria and Mario were the best! They all went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. From recommendations and reservations to simple questions, they were always there! The room and views were amazing, the breakfast and restaurant were great. It’s in a quiet private area, yet only 2 miles from the heart of Fira… absolutely would go there again… thank you Villa Irini for giving us an amazing vacation!

If I had to nit pick, I would say the shower head could have been done better.. other than that no complaints.

Heavenly place to stay in Santorini - romantic and beautiful.

This hotel is a slice of heaven. The views are unbelievable. The rooms are gorgeous. The hot tub on the balcony to watch the sunset is to die for. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is upbeat and great.

The only downside (and it really IS the ONLY downside) is that you need a car to get around. It is a 45 minute walk to get to Fira (which we did twice because we didn't have the patience to wait for a taxi - they are few and far between).

Come for the views and breakfast!

The views from this hotel are absolutely incredible! This is by far the biggest attraction of the hotel along with the hot tubs offered! The hotel also has a stunning pool to enjoy. The bathroom/shower was stunning and WiFi very good! The breakfast offered is also of the highest standard with an amazing selection of pastries, fruit&yogurts as well as cooked options (eggs and bacon).

The hotel is located on a rather busy road so have some car noise, also it is a bit far from Fira centre to walk (taxi available but be prepared to pay). Bed was very hard, found the kitchen area to have very limited space, and would like the shower to have a proper mounted shower head instead of a handheld shower head.

A relaxing stay with amazing sunset views

Sunset views My husband and I watched the sunsets from various places on the island (Oia, Sunset catamaran, Santo Wines) and we feel the best sunset we watched was from our hot tub at Villa Irini. Definitely spend a evening watching the sunset from the hot tub. Location Location was great. There is an amazing bakery which sells savouries and sweet snacks - a 2 minute walk away. Pyrgos (a small underrated town with incredible views) was only a short 25 minute walk away. The beautiful restaurant Pyrgos which is in the middle of a vineyard is also a short 20 minute walk away. Santo Wines - 10 minute walk. As you can tell my husband and I walked a lot and although is was hot (we travelled end of July) is was bearable. Facilities We were provided with robes, slippers, and 2 towels each (one for the hot tub and one for the shower). Breakfast was really nice; pie of the day along with the standard cereal, omelette bacon etc. We checked out at 11am and our flight was in the evening. Villa Irini was so accommodating they still let us use the pools. They also has separate, clean showers with toiletries and towels. Also they arranged transport (recommended) and arranged for us an ATV hire. Room Beds were comfy and room very clean!

Bathroom was a little smaller than expected - the bathroom would be wet after a shower due to there being no doors - but very minor and dried up quickly. Wifi was a little temperamental but it seems to be a problem throughout the island.

super stay with amazing view and very friendly staff

super friendly and helpful staff. maria, the receptionista was always very helpful with anything from calling us a taxi, arranging airport transfer, making restaurant bookings for us and showing us the best places so we didnt miss anything during our stay. also the rooms provide amazing view on the caldera, it’s possible to sit in the jacuzzi and watch the sun go down which is very beautiful.

Good location, need to improve the service

We loved the beautiful sunset from our hot tub, it is breathtaking. The staff is nice.

The restaurant was not working “because of covid” i dont reall get it because all the restaurant was operable in the island and also other hotels we stayed in santorini had restaurant. We got out breakfast in a box when we asked for milk for the coffea we were told to go to the shop :D Also the portion of the breakfast was not enough for me. For the price you pay this is unaccaptable. The room does not have enough space for the luggages.
