Clean , good value for money and convenient location

This is a great apt , all you need for a self catering g holiday it’s 2 minutes from the beach and 3/4 minutes for the old town shops bares and restaurants

It is great , the lift is very small so be aware in on the top floor didn’t bother us , used it for cases manly , when we come again won’t breaking as many clothes as washing machine was great

Excellent stay

Excellent apartment and value for money. Great location and staff fantastic. Highly recommended, and will definitely stay again.

Only small drawback was the building work on the hotel next door, but I was forewarned. A pair of good earplugs drowned it all out.

Sorry this awaited trip became a disappointment

Närheten till beach Poniente och Old Town.

- Construction work outside (all day from early morning). Would have appreciated to being informed about it before booking. - Bad comfort in sofabed - Not glasses, plates, cutleries enough - Parties going on every night in other apartments

Can't find fault really, size perfect, location for us perfect, modern, facilities.

Only 1 little issue, room we had didn't have a toaster but wasn't a problem. Hence score

property was ok.. balcony was big.. staff were great over WhatsApp

the view from balcony wasn’t great not private at all, beds were very uncomfortable. Was ok for 1 night but no more

Lovely large clean apartment.

The location is in the heart of Benidorm Old Town. The apartment was a very good size. Very clean.

It was very noisey outside. The cooking hob needs repairing. More kitchen utensils would be helpful.

Perfect location, beautiful Apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Compact but with everything you needed. It was clean and the owners were very very helpful.

There was a intermittent loud droning noise at night which I think was a noisy aircon outlet from one of the other apartments. It did keep me awake a little until about midnight due to the noise being annoying. I am sure the owner can look at this and get it fixed

Location was perfect and the apartment was great for one night

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet flush was a little broken

Great Location, easy check in / out , good facilities, dishwasher a great bonus , plenty of plates glasses etc fab size terrace that gets plenty of sun and a partial view of the rock and sea.Tealky comfy beds and sofa bed. Owner on hand on WhatsApp for any queries and answered promptly. Would retun here again, great value for money.

Spotlessly clean 👌 brilliant location and price really good . Just behind main street so straight out of the door and your just about on the front .

There was nothing not to like . Couldn't ask for more adequate for our needs . Obviously no parking but plenty of car parks around competively priced we paid £18 euros for a day *( 22 hours )

Absolutely perfect gem

Loved everything from booking to leaving & all in between. Had a lift, great balcony & view. In the centre of shops & bars etc but not noisy at night. I’ll definitely stay there again, perfect for a female solo traveler.

Don’t agree with charging 10e per pet. As there were only 2 of us and the flat was big enough for the 4 without extra charge.

Great place to stay in the Old Town

Perfect location, right in the old town. Lovely, spacious apartment equipped with everything you will need. Comfortable and clean. Easy check in/out with wonderful staff on hand if you need help with anything. 10/10 for me.

Ideal spot and value for money.

Location is fantastic, close to all amenities and bars. Apartment is well appointed with little extras including dishwasher tablets. Comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. Would definitely come back.

Superb

The location was excellent. It was very near the beach and bars and restaurants. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a washing machine.

The one downside was the building going on next to the apartment and it was very noisy from 8 o clock in the morning. Also there was not enough towels but you can ask for more..it would also have been nice to meet the host at least once during our stay..
