L'emplacement, ainsi que le bâtiment, trè charmant. La communication en amont avec l'équipe qui s'est assurée que je ne manquerais de rien en arrivant.
Le mobilier du salon, peut-être un peu désuet.

Personeel, bed, breakfast
Shower with a curtain, bathroom overall was a bit outdated.

Good position for our travel plans. Logis Hotels are usually a standard I require. Good breakfast..
Slippery shower floor. Room on second floor with no lift accessible by very old winding staircase. Very difficult for elderly guests carrying suitcases with no offer of help. Couldn’t understand the policy of room allocation as younger fitter guests were on a lower floor
5.0
Charming public rooms, friendly smiling staff.
3.5
Location and the restaurant
The room was quite small but comfortable for an overnight stay. The hotel has an old charm about it.

Excellent location for us , as the restaurant was closed on Sunday they reserved a table at the crepe restaurant opposite which was excellent and did much more than crepes . The air con in the bedroom was welcome . Staff very helpful and it was clean and comfortable
The decor is a little tired , there is no lift , bathrooms need an update
4.5
Excellent location in the centre of town. This hotel appears to have been recently refurbished with contemporary decor whilst retaining the character of the building. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Restaurant for dinner was fantastic & the hotel staff were really good & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable.

The quality of the evening meal served in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The Maitre'de was doing a very good job in training two young waiters, who explained each course to us in rapid French (with which we are not very familiar), but did their job very well. The wine list was good, our chosen wine, excellent (despite the price).
The bed was uncomfortable, the supplied pillows far too hard, the bathroom, like the rest of the hotel, gave the impression of being a little tired and lacking a regular "quality check".

Very spacious clean, airy room. Convenient to motorway. Coffee and tea facilities in room. Excellent restaurant with masterchef quality cuisine. Helpful, friendly staff. Room key and welcome note left on desk at reception when staff not available on arrival.
Car park free at weekends and evening but paying at other times. Large car park dominates hotel view.

room on second floor, too many steps! breakfast a bit too early

Initially I wasn't sure about this hotel, it seemed to be rather old fashioned and somewhere that had lost its sparkle/appeal over the years. To a degree this was true, a little old fashioned in the check in & lobby areas but the room was nicely finished with a view over roof tops. Stairs were old and creaky, but the dining room was very nicely finished. It was still old fashioned but not in a bad way with excellent food served. Even the budget option was served as though it was the most expensive selection, beautifully presented. Fantastic list of wines available and the staff were excellent and extremely polite.
Bathroom a bit small with no natural light.

An excellent meal in the restaurant as usual. Very pleasant & obliging staff & delicious food.
Nothing. This was our third visit & each one had been a pleasure. We’ll be returning next year & it is now a favourite overnight stop on our journey. A very convenient location too just off the motorway.

The room was very comfortable, clean and enjoyed free bottle of water. The evening meal was exceptional. We had the 'menu des saveurs' and we could not fault it
The parking situation was a bit tricky if you arrive before 5pm but everyone was very helpful and we bought a disk around the corner in a bar

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. We stayed in Le Grand Hotel on the way to France and the food was fabulous and it was the same on our return journey. The location was also excellent for the motorway.
The pillows were too soft for my husband but the bed was comfortable. A very small thing compared with all the good things we found.

The hotel dates from 1850 but in heat of 40C it was managing really well. Our room could be cooled and the dining room was comfortable too. It has many original features which make it a gem of a building. Our evening meal was excellent.
