Spectacular views, very friendly welcoming people with the greatest host...this place is Outstanding

Firstly the owner of the property provides outstanding service. He takes absolute pride in his work ensuring that you have the perfect stay in Kotor. He is so friendly and welcoming and provides superb knowledge of the local area and beyond. He will also provide you with suggestions of places to visit, things to do, where to shop, places to swim, walk, see....it really is like having your own personal Tripadvisor. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need but the views from the balcony are to die for.....in the morning you can sit and enjoy your breakfast watching the boats come and go and in the evening relax with a cold drink and watch the sun go down.....I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The cooking stove was basic and took a small time to warm up your food.....but I'm being really picky here because in truthfulness I was never in a hurry and this hardly registers as a dislike.

The location was fantastic, with a stunning view of the water and mountains, and a 2 min walk to the little beach. It was a 2.5km walk or bus trip from Kotor Old Town. The apartment was clean and cosy and had a big spacious balcony, and our host Nebojsa so kind and helpful - he gave us recommendations and booked our taxi on our last morning. He even brought us some cake that his mother made!

The bedroom was very small with not much room for luggage (we used the space in the kitchen and it was fine)

It was an unforgettable experience👍

Nebojša is the best host I have ever seen. He does really care everything you need even more.He spents lots of his time to makes your holiday more comfortable. He booked us taxi, arranged a boat tour, gave much information about bus schedules and restaurants. The room, sheets, towels are so clean. If you want to visit Kotor and closer areas Apartment Biser is definitely right choice for you. Thanks again welcome gifts and your mother's sweet breakfasts. All the best Nebojša. I hope we will come across again later.

Excellent apartment, Stunning view, Amazing Host, 2 minutes walk to beach

My husband and I had the best apartment experience imaginable while we stayed in Kotor for 4nights. The apartment is located just 1-2 minutes from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a terrace that has great view of both sea and mountain, so you get to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. The apartment also comes with the basic needs for cooking and so we had everything we need during our stay. We loved the small details like free fruits and beer in the fridge on our arrival and a kind gesture greeting from the friendliest and kindest host—Nebo! The WiFi is strong. The apartment has its own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We especially loved the view from our room, which has a small terrace where we managed to spend having our breakfast and lunch. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 20 minutes. The host was very kind in providing a map of the surrounding areas and recommended on things to do around the area. Love, from The Philippines!

Apartment Biser became for me and my son the real home with the atmosphere full of warmth and coziness. The host of the apartments was more than hospitable, kind and always ready to help and give smart advises. The location of the apartments is perfect - in the quite area of Dobrota, 2 minutes to the closest beach, walking distance to Kotor Old Town. The view from the balcony is fabulous all round the day. We hope to visit this place again. With the deep gratitude 🙏🌞🌿🌊✨

You won't find better host in Kotor than Nebojsa. Super friendly and helpful, he always pays attention for the details: fresh flower in the vase, well equipped kitchen, small gifts: poppy seed cake, apple cake, fruits etc. We spent nice time there. Thank you Nebojsa! ps: bay leaves are drying :)

Amazing cosy place with great views. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nebojša is very hospitable and ready to help you with everything and even more. Next time in Kotor I will choose the same apartments. Thank you so much for this wonderful time in your place!

If i could give more than 10/10 i would. Best accommodation of 3 weeks travel around Balkans. Cleanliness, views, comfortable bed, hot water, quiet restful setting, well equipped apartment but best of all must be the host's genuine and warm welcome.

Lovely appartment- great views

Great quiet location, nice walk from old town. Beautiful views of the bay from the appartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Lots of tips and advice about local area. Enjoyed the baked treats a lot.

If you’re going to Kotor, I highly recommend you stay at Apartment Biser

Our stay at Apartment Biser was 10/10. The location is great with a lovely walk into the old town (20 mins along the seafront). The apartment offers one of the best views of the Bay of Kotor. 2 minute walk to the beach and lovely restaurants in the locality. Our host was lovely and so helpful. He collected us from our Bus when we arrived, gave us plenty of recommendations and even dropped us in homemade pastries !

The host went the extra mile to make our stay perfect, very knowledgable of the local area, he also treated us with homemade produce which was excellent. Accomodation is perfectly located to explore Kotor on foot, spotless clean, with the AC, cutlery, big fridge, strong shower, towels, shampoo/gel available. Beach is 5mins away, balcony with a beautiful view. We were impressed. Thank you!

Great location. Quiet with a splendid view of Kotor Bay. The owner was very helpful, and went out of his way toi make sure our stay was comfortable. Recommend.

Amazing spot!

Very nice location near the lake with excellent restaurants just around the corner. Perfect spot for exploring Kotor and Lovcen area. Above all the host was really kind. When we arrived we got fresh made pie and he was always very helpful and up for a chat. Perfect spot!

Nebojša is a very welcoming and friendly host, we were happy to talk with him. Everything was perfect! Place was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of Kotor 👌 The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom too. Beds are comfortable! Thank you again 🙏

Details and atmosphere

Host pay lot of attention to his guesthouse, to the details and to his guests. Atmosphere here is extremely friendly and positive. Host was extremely helpful and kind! He speaks polish on a high level, which surprised us a lot! He welcomed us once we arrived and was reachable when we needed any additional tips and recommendations. We got fresh fruits on arrival and other gifts which were super kind and remarkable! The apartment was lovely, very clean, with all attention to the details. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine and sunny deck with sea view :) It was all we needed!

Stunning view and incredibly nice owner

The view from the terrase is stunning. Nothing better then drninking coffee in the morning with a sea view. Apartmant is very clean and tidy. It has everything you need for you stay, even more then you can expect. The location is also great, Kotor is within walking distance (evening walk by the sea to Old town is something special).The last, but probablly the most importaint, the owner and his parents are incredibly nice and hospitable. Nebojsa's mother even prepared some donuts, apple pie and 'ustipci' for us, which was so nice from her.

Perfectly located and super friendly

We had an amazing time in this apartment and decided to stay even longer. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The breakfast on the terrace with the stunning view over the bay was just perfect. And the host was the nicest we ever had. He brought us even homemade pancakes and apple pie. Highly recommend this place!

just love the host kindness and hospitality..

host was amazing.. he offered us homemade cake and fruits on arrival and also gave us free yummy breakfast cooked by his mom. Apartment is very nice and clean, close to all the famous landmark. Host was vey kind to find information related to covid test. we loved our stay here and would higly recommend this place.. thank you for all your hospitality apartment biser.

We had great stay, the best apartament ever!!!

The owner is amazing - took good care of us and our good stay. He speaks excellent Polish (and not only in this language), so we could learn a lot about Montenegro and its attractions. Upon arrival, various delicacies were waiting for us :), and we were also served during our stay. The apartment is very well prepared for guests' stay. Perfectly clean, spacious, with a nice view of the Kotor Bay. The old town in Kotor can be reached in approx. 25 minutes, along a pleasant promenade. Great alternative to crowded Kotor, good base for exploring the area. We recommend it very strongly. Thank you Nebojša! We hope to be back :)
