Close to the venue we needed to be at for a wedding. We found an easy way to reach it without having to go down to street level.
A lot of stairs to reach this property from street level. Not that easy to navigate with heavy suitcases.

Very clean, comfortable & quiet at night. Kitchen was fully equipped. Even had an awesome panini maker! Washing Machine was awesome complete with detergent & drying rack. The dishwasher was a nice surprise. Matteo was awesome in explaining everything! We especially enjoyed the bikes! We hiked & biked all over the island! Thank you for everything and it was nice to have the milk, butter & jellies! If you plan on cooking in buy groceries before you arrive in Monte Isola. There is no real grocery stores. We did shop before and glad we did. Check out the bakery very close to apartment, the baked goods are good and the baker is so nice!
Also highly recommend Trattoria al Campel! Try the fish pasta and the mixed fish appetizer! The food and the owner were awesome! House white wine was also good! Great prices.
Everything was perfect!

Lots of comms from the host made us feel good. Getting to the island is only by boat (if not obvious) although the passenger ferry did seem to allow smaller scooters.
I left my motorcycle at Gerolo Parking (Parcheggio Gerolo) which was easy and owner gave me his personal garage for the night (€5). A 10 min walk to ferry, then once on the island. it was a small walk to the Apartment which could be difficult to locate especially at night.
The Apartment is modern, clean, and has everything you need.
Some restaurants were open in the evening or buy some eggs and cook in the Apt as we did. The island is one best enjoyed over a few days, and not a quick overnight stop. We regretted leaving so soon.
Was pleased to catch up with he owner & son - lovely people.
Can definitely recommend this place.
Shower water drained slowly ... so I cleaned the trap, which fixed it.
Hmmm, good chance the air conditioner filters were dirty too, so I cleaned them too.
Rest of the Apartment was spotlessly clean.
My pleasure to do, but suggest host can make a note to do every 6 months or so.

It was a pleasure to visit Monteisola, and a pleasure to stay at Casadina. in the heart of this island, near to the promenade area. Corina was just amazing, making our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a delay in arriving and we didn’t get any taxi from train station to ferry, and she send her daughter to pick up us. I highly recommend this location, and the island.
I have to mention that Casadina has Key box, so no problem with late check in. Thank you, Casadina!

The closeness to the port. The spaciousness of the appartment.
The communication with the host.
The kitchen facilities & milk/butter/jam etc in the fridge.
The bedding was a bit outdated & worn. New bedding would definitely improve the bed. Also the towels were very worn & crisp! New fluffy towels would be better.
We could hear noise from the appartment above which disturbed us. One noise we heard sounded like metal marbles being dropped on the floor above, it sounded like it was coming through the ceiling!
