The location on the beach is outstanding. Great Sunrise views. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all equipment. Balcony furniture is flexible and comfortable. Elevators were not a problem for my stay.
Patio doors are heavy to open. Ok for me but I can imagine it might be challenging for a more petite or elderly person. Instructions for the tv would have been nice but really did not use it. No beach towels were provided and the towels were pretty worn. Could stock with more than two paper towel rolls and two kitchen garbage bags. All minor items! Later hours for the pool/hot tub would be good. :-)

I liked the view and that two of the bedrooms as well as the livingroom all opened up to the balcony.
The place was dirty and sticky. Feces or something was stuck on the master toilet seat, kitchen counters were sticky, the floors were dirty and had dead bugs on them. Called Vacasa they came out to reclean it but our feet still turned black in minutes of walking on the floors and there was still a cheese it behind the nightstand when we left sooo. Would not want to shine a black light on anything. They're literally doing the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning.

Love the area, close to shopping, we where right on beach. Great view of beach and ocean. Our room was a good size for our family.
We had an issue with the refrigerator when we got there. They sent out a repair man on day 2, he fixed the door and said give compressor tome to cool it, he did not fix it and we had to throw out half the food we bought. Noticed some area of condo needed to ve cleaned a little closer. Also 3rd bedroom with bunks was really small. Could hardly turn around in there.

Very clean!
One king size bed broke away in the middle underneath causing the bed to be lopsided and useless. The pool is a glorified baby pool very small and no depth for swimming.

The location on the beach.
The bunk bed room is so small that it went unused. It is next to the door so wouldn’t be ok to place toddlers in there. The lack of cleanliness. The pool was so dirty that we didn’t use it.

Loved location....next to Sea and Suds and a short walk to the Boardwalk. Loved fact that both bedrooms had access to the balcony.
The towels and wash rags felt like bathing with sandpaper....I realize that some people steal these things, but maybe get better towels and count them and charge renter if some are missing.

It was local and very roomy. sea n suds being right beside us was a bonus for lunch. everything was great except elevators.
The elevators for this condo was ridiculous. We had to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes because they would be so packed. Eventually we started walking down 9 floors just to get there quicker. There was a dirty washrag hanging for our shower head when we arrived.

The condo itself (room 904) was excellent . It was clean, the layout was perfect and comfortably slept 8 people. The condo was very roomy and the balcony was huge. Also having an actual laundry room was a big plus! Overall the facilities were nice and clean and the location was great. Other reviews complained about the parking , it was tight if you park in the parking deck but the lot out front was fine and there seemed to be plenty of spaces available.
A few complaints were the elevators were very crowded at certain times, mainly during check in time but there were a few times I walked up to the 9th floor bc I didn't want to wait. Also, after alot of rain the entrance and exits of the parking lot and the entire sidewalk in front of the condo would flood. And it was only Seawind the buildings nearby didn't seem to have trouble. If you drive an SUV or truck this isn't a problem but my son drives a small car and the water was up to the middle of his wheel. This is something the facility or the city should take care of. The beach was very crowded but i guess that's typical of a large condo.

It was not clean or well prepared for a new guest. I've spoken to the management company about a refund.

It was very nice and clean. The pools were clean. Staff was available when needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Renovations were being made, so there was a shortage on parking.

Nice views, on the beach, large rooms, decent kitchen,
The parking was terrible. If you have a larger car you cannot get in the spot and there wasn't enough spots and I had to park on the curb. The beds were terrible it was like sleeping on the floor.

Whole building under construction no facilities open at all did not find out until we got there after driving 8 hrs

Beautiful view of the ocean. Nicely decorated. Close to the restaurants and shopping we wanted to partake of. Everything was really clean and they have on site security!
The ice maker in the freezer was barely making any ice the entire time we were there. The couch and loveseat were a bit uncomfortable.

The ice in fridge wasn't working very good

The room was very nice.
The room was on the 19th floor. At least one of the floors were closed on the parking levels the whole stay. The pool closed 2 days into our stay and the splash pad was closed the whole time due to construction. None of this was disclosed upon booking our stay. We have a 4 kids who were looking forward to those amenities. Also there were no instructions on where to throw trash away. The phone number that was left for questions didn’t answer when we called and didn’t call back.

The view and location were great! Pool bathrooms were clean!
The property was under construction which is understandable. However, that was not conveyed to us. Parking was atrocious. No way all guest could have two dedicated parking spaces. We had to request an additional parking pass because they only gave us one. Kitchen was not appropriately stocked for people to cook for a week. Beds were very hard. Pools were too small for the amount of guests. Once both elevators worked that was okay. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Decor was worst than a hotel. For the price of rental, I expected more comfort than what was provided.
