Super leckeres Frühstück

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Lage: im Ort, nicht weit vom See. Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon.

Schiebetür zum Sanitärbereich im Zimmer schließt nicht richtig. Leider wegen Personalmangel keine tägliche Reinigung, Eingangsbereich nur selten besetzt.

trotz des misslichen Problems, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

familiäres Hotel, mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstücksbuffet...hier können Sie in entspannter Atmosphäre, ein reichhaltiges Frühstück genießen

bin nach einer sehr anstrengenden, Bergwanderung, innerhalb der check-inn Zeiten und zu meiner angegebenen Zeit im Hotel angekommen und stand vor verschlossenen Türen, leider ist mir während der Tour noch mein Handy-Akku zur Neige gegangen!... Nun, dank der Hilfe eines sehr freundlichen Gastes, ist es mir gelungen Zugang zu meinem Schlüssel zu erlangen! -erwähnen sie in die Beschreibung Ihres Hauses *[Auto-check-inn/ E-mail]...Danke

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Die persönliche Zuwendung des gesamten Teams, insbesondere der Chefin, habe ich sehr geschätzt. Tolle Empfehlungen für geeignete Wandertouren. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und liebevoll zubereitet.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Sehr freundliches Personal und zuvorkommende Gastgeberfamilie. Fragen, Wünsche, Ausflugstipps...auf alles gab es hier eine Auskunft oder Abhilfe.

Great place to stay for those into hiking and swimming in lakes!

It was quiet, staff were super friendly, the room and amenities were all clean and modern, comfortable bed, bar fridge at reception meant you could grab a drink whenever! Great place to stay if you’re into sight seeing and hiking around the lakes. Parking around the property was easy but you’ll likely be on the street if you aren’t home by 3pm! The breakfast was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay.

We were in the attic on the 3rd floor (seems to be a new addition?) and when it rained the skylight needed to be closed. Which resulted in the room getting very hot! I wish we had a small bar fridge to store drinks, snacks etc because it was so warm in the room. Could also hear the lady next door coughing so I don’t think the walls are very thick!

Nice location in a quiet village.

Very quiet except for on night when two cats decided to have sex outside my window. But you can’t blame the hotel for that.

Breakfast only started at 07:30. This meant that I missed out on Breakfast 3 days out of 4.

Superb

The hotel is placed very close to the lake. The location is peaceful and quiet. Good and varied breakfast. TV modern. Complimentary water upon arrival. Mrs Sissi very friendly and helpful.

Good

The breakfast was good. Also the hotel it's placed very closely to the city center and to a walking distance to Kochelsee.

The room did not have a good view; we stayed in the attic and also it was not so comfortable. As well, the signal for our phones was very poor. Additionally to this, the staff spoke a very bad English; we had trouble to understand them and to make them understand what we wish to have. Overall the value for money is very low.

Superb

The room was clean and modern, with a nice balcony. Stuff was friendly. We could feel that they worked hard to provide best service in their class. Breakfast was good (ordinary buffet, decent choice, no warm dishes), but I would not rate it as excellent, as stated by booking.com. Such a high rating of breakfast is probably due to preferences of German travellers. All in all we enjoyed our 1 week stay a lot and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location. Confortable room. Kind staffs.

Checking out took too so long time. (about 15 minutes for me) It was incredible! The telephone ringed so often during the checkout and each time reception talked for a long time. Unfortunately, I missed the train and I had to wait the station for about 1 hour.
