Schönes, kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Konzept!!!!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist leicht zu finden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Konzept beim Frühstück mit weniger Fleisch und Wurst ( leckere, vegetarische Brotaufstriche.....) im Angebot - sogenannte "vegetarische Tage" finde ich wirklich SUPER!!! Fahrrad war auch gut aufgehoben!

Toller Service, klasse Lage, sogar glutenfreies Brot für meine Frau!

Ein wenig hellhörig. Nicht dramatisch, aber wenn sich jemand im Nachbarzimmer unterhält hört man ein Murmeln.

Traumfrühstück. Da es im Haus keinen Lift gibt und mein Rücken schmerzt wurde mir das Gepäck hochgetragen in den 2. Stock.

Preis Leistung Tip Top

Hervorzuheben ist das nette und herzliche Personal. Ich muss schwer überlegen ob ich jemals ein so sauberes Zimmer in solch günstiger Preislage hatte. Für ein Einzelzimmer war es Recht geräumig. Preis Leistung Tip Top und extrem gute Lage in der Altstadt und nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof. Zudem ein recht ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Kaffee am Platz.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

A little gem

Modern, friendly hotel in the heart of the city. Stay accompanied by the rich sounds of the church (Marienkirche) bells across the road. Family-run, with extremely helpful staff.

We can't think of anything. We would definitely recommend (unless you don't like bells!)

Incredible location, every cultural venue close to the hotel. The hotel's architecture was amazing, room was clean and nice, the breakfast tasty and the staff polite and helpful. Totally recommended.

Godd location, cosy little hotel.

Right in the middle of the city, good location, nice ladies at the reception, clean, simple room, but everything you need for a rest. Nice breakfast, it is perfect to start a day on the fresh air on the terrace with a cup of tea or coffee.

The staff were super - I arrived quite late on a Sunday night but the lady in reception was still really helpful and friendly in a genuine way ( not a kind of I'm being paid to be nice to you kind of way) - breakfast was also delicious and the location is really central only a short walk to the HBF and practically right bang in the centre

Fantastic

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. HIghly recommended. The staff were all very accomodative and spoke good English. Rooms were very clean and the location was fantastic. Bus stop is 50 steps away and the old town was just around the corner. We accidentally left our passports and they immediately called us and offered us if we want it to be posted to our home. After 2 days, it was DHL to us. Superb!

Superb

Fantastic location; right across the Marienkirche. You could really hear the clanging of the bells, which was rather special. Room was really clean. It was nice to have tea making facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful with finding out timings for church service and concerts.

Lovely place.

The staff is very friendly. The location is just perfect. The room is good: comfortable bed, very clean, silent (even being in the first floor). The breakfast, besides very tasty came up in such small portions (for a 90 Kg man, the yogurt portion with musli wasn't big enough).

Because of the pandemic the breakfast service was a bit confusing. Besides we have pre-ordered all the items as requested by the reception, they were not prepared on time. We got 2 raw eggs instead of cooked ones. It was missing the butter and other items. As mentioned before some items were in very small portions. We truly believe that the staff was doing the best, but this is something they should put an eye to improve. Definitely we will stay there again once we come back to Lübeck!
