Bellissima la vista sulla Val d’Orcia e sulla piscina.
Nulla

The pool is as incredible as it looks. Our bathroom was comfortable and looked more modern than the rest of the room.
Our room was very dated and didn’t look like the photos. We were disappointed, particularly for the price.

Hotel is clean. Good view. Staffs are nice. There are some bycicle for guess to ride around the town.
The air conditioner is not working well. It is too hot during summer time. We have to open the window to sleep but it is not good because there is insect come into the room.
4.1
Lovely place with a great pool to cool off in. Enjoyed drinks by the pool. Nice dinner watching the sunset over the Tuscan countryside. Excellent breakfast. Would stay here again.
4.1
Location, pool
Room with a scenic view for which we paid more had view blocked by high concrete balcony, so we had to stand if we wanted to see anything. Air conditioning was weak and could not be adjusted. Breakfast choice is poor, no vegetables, mostly industrial cakes
4.1
we had an issue with the air conditioner and they were very fast to fix our issue and offer us the supper at the restaurant ☺️
4.1
Good location on the quiet part of the town. It has free parking, great breakfast (both continental and Italian) and also a swimming pool.
Not anything really, but if I need to pick one we missed some tomato at the breakfast :)
4.1
good location, clean. decent view
Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Looked and tasted like hospital cafeteria food. The powdered “scrambled eggs” didn’t taste like eggs at all. The pastries tasted old and stale. Everything was so bad I resorted to Frosted Flakes and even that was stale. Also — AC didn’t work. Blew hot air. No technician on site to fix and no alternative room available. luckily it is spring so could leave the window open for air circulation.

Delicious breakfast, borrow bikes, clean and spacy room, swimming pool!

once again a nice stay
4.1
the location is perfect and central for visiting all famous photography spots and a short drive to Montalcino, Montepulciano, bagni vignoni etc
first day the reception staff were not very informative! like something simple as to leave your key before you head out otherwise your room wont get cleaned. there was an event on for lunch and therefore lunch was almost not going to be an option.
4.1
Bike rental in the hotel, nice area to travel.
Free parking.
Vegetables in the breakfast.
Air conditioner didn't work, the room felt like a sauna. In the last night we asked for a fan from the reception.
Swimming pool was dirty and cold.
Old room which lack of maintenance.
Breakfast time was 7 to 10, but at 09:20 the staff started to close everything. When we asked for eggs they told us it's over.

The Hotel Palazzuolo is a nice hotel located near the top of San Quirico d'Orcia in th newer part of the town. It has an onsite restaurant, for dinner and breakfast, accessible rooms with a lift, and is well located with it's own car park at the top end of the city. You can walk to the historic centre in 5-10 minutes or drive (3 minutes).
The staff were very gracious and helpful.
I booked a double room which was a nice size, with a nice ensuite and large walk in double shower. The bathroom was very spacious. The room was clean comfortable and well equipped.
I didn't use the external facilities, but the restaurant had an external terrace and the hotel has a swimming pool.
The dinner restaurant menu was very good, as was the food excellent, and the breakfast had a lot of options: continental, eggs, bacon, cakes/breads, cereals, juices, coffee/tea.
All in, a nice place for a few days in San Quirico. Highly Recommended
Nothing to say here

There are bikes and e-bikes to rent, fee pool and EV charging station (x2).
Rooms are small, Did not succeeded to charge the EV on 2 occasions.

Beautiful location in a lesser known but gorgeous San Quirico D’orcia. Paid a bit extra for the view over the pool, well worth it as got Tuscan landscape and Montalcino in distance. Air con great for August. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is great , good selection and great view . Dinner at the hotel is fine for 1 or 2 nights but quite a limited menu so we ventured into San Quirico and there are some great trattorias and places to eat. Very central location to explore this part of Tuscany. You really need a car to find all the little hill top towns and villages. Parking is plentiful . Staff very friendly. Even lent us an umbrella to get into the village for our last night as the thunder and lightning storm was off the scale that night and we’d only prepared for sunshine !
The only problem we had was the fridge in our room didn’t work. Outside of the fridge was red hot and it wasn’t cold inside so couldn’t keep drinks cool. Reported it on Monday but still wasn’t fixed when we left on Friday.

Amazing poll and amazing view!
You can rent bikes for free. They have a very good restaurant. We had great time :)
The AC was weak
4.1
The location and the views from our room.
The staff were rude and unhelpful . Any request ( help with a taxi, order lunch) was a challenge. The quality of the food is poor.
4.1
Breakfast was very good. Parking is free. Very close for day visit to Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano. Beautiful views and area!!!
Pool was very good, water temperature was perfect for the hot summer!!!
4.1
Hotel setting is beautiful - lovely breeze in pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast had good selection of fruit and cheeses/meats and croissants etc good coffee
Hotel is a little run down - a few of the sun loungers are broken and need to be fixed or removed. General area around hotel entrance etc looks a bit tired. Cost us €150 per night which was pricey although we did book a week earlier
4.1
Very clean with a lovely pool area and great views across Val D’Orcia to Montalcino. Also plenty of sun beds available and never too busy.
Staff were all excellent in particular Alberto and Marta who seemed to be permanently on duty!
only a 10 minute walk into the old town which has a few bars and restaurants.
Air conditioning was permanently on but only because our room controller was broken. We didn’t complain as it suited us to have it on.
Town was beautiful but small and relatively quiet.
4.1
the pool was brilliant lots of space and loungers/umbrellas. shirt walk from the town which is beautiful
the bedrooms were dated and very basic. the menu in the restaurant was limited. also people who aren’t guests of the hotel can pay for the use of the pool which could lead to it being super busy

Everything was ok.
No issues with the room and the breakfast was good. Parking area is good, as matter of fact there are 3 parking areas around the hotel.
Location is really good on a quiet region.

Air-conditioning was poor! Room was really hot!

Nice pool and a very good location to the town.
We stayed for 7 days and the breakfast offered is the exact same things every morning. The fruit could be fresher and some changes every 2 days would be nice.
4.1
a quiet place , room w balcony provides good view of the pool and surroundings scenery .
some of the facilities in the room a bit old
4.1
The pool was nice. The breakfast was sufficient.
The room was awful. It was dark and had a dingy feeling and didn't look anything like the pictures. The hairdryer did not work. Mostly, the view from our room was putrid. The lighting in the room was so bad but if you opened either window the view was so upsetting the windows had to be kept closed. One window looked at a dirty parking area and the other looked at a roof with pieces of ripped astroturf covering part of the roof. We were there as little as possible intentionally. From the moment we walked into the room we wanted to leave. It was very disappointing and set a negative mood for our time in that area of Tuscany. Very disappointing. Our accommodations were nothing like what was pictured - as if we were put in some back corner of the hotel that was not updated. Not worth a penny for the room we had. Horrible experience.
I have tried numerous times to post the horrible window view but the hotel won't post it.

Highly recommended
The food in the restaurant could have more choices and staffs needs to be more helpful and smile 😀

Great view on the valley (if possible, get the room with a balcony). Free bikes are available, e-bikes come at additional price. It's a must to get a bike tour: the location is perfect for that. Comfortable parking in a shade. Nice pool, not crowded at all.
The personnel was friendly and helpful, but somewhat tired. In the evening, the restaurant was crowded: one would need to wait to make an order.
