Fantastic historical palace with stunning interior furnishings paintings and artefact and beautiful outside terraces. We were given a tour and were tested as family by the owner who was incredibly hospitable. She personally made us breakfast in the historical dining room
We loved and appreciated it all

This historical palace was so beautiful that it made you not want to leave the building. Each room was stunning with so much history. And the staff was so attentive to all our needs. Recommending restaurants in the village and also giving us a tour of the place.

What a treasure in a city I had previously visited, right in the historic centre. Tricky to access by car but not impossible. Dorothy was a fantastic and accommodating host who allowed us a choice of rooms. The palazzo is stunning, full of history and well worth a tour. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Having a functioning modern lift was a bonus with luggage.
The bed was not the most comfortable but part of the overall charm of the place.

Amazing historic house. You can get a lesson about life hundreds of years ago. exciting. A modern adjustment was made in the showers. Lovely host, Dorothy. Fascinating and recommended.

This was such an enchanting experience. The palazzo is magnificent and very well kept. In the morning the owner has gave us a tour of the rooms of the Palace while narrating us the history of the family and architecture. It was absolutely breathtaking. The owner is an extraordinary person, full of culture and very welcoming and accommodating.
A real wonder.
Parking is a bit difficult.

An exceptional and beautiful building and property sitting at the top of Venafro in the old town. A short walk from a few restaurants. The host is wonderful, and the breakfast excellent. A relaxing and enjoyable evening. Safe storage for our bicycles (on a bike tour).

Nothing, all was perfect.

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very attentive to our needs.

The host is very kind and attentive. A breakfast was very well served, delicious homemade croissant, fresh fruits, juice, variety of yogurts etc. A room was clean.
WiFi was very slow. Furnitures are old - in style of hotel, but sometimes don't work. (E.g. shelves for clothes were missing in my room)

On our road trip through Italy we stopped in Venafro for a night and stayed in this beautiful palace. The building is a pure history and gives you a taste of how patrician society lived like. Having a breakfast served in the red dining room makes you feel like a royal ;-)
The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend choosing this place for a stay, once you’re in Venafro

A magical mansion in the heart of the city, which preserves the family history of its founders. Great breakfast, the owner is a wonderful hostess who helped us on our trip to the area. We stayed in a wonderful room with a panoramic view of the city

Our innkeeper was so hospitable it made our stay even better than expected. The Palazzo is amazing and authentic dating from the 17th century. Truly felt what it was like to live in such a grand house! Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Venafro.

Fabulous historic mansion with beautiful views, a fantastic breakfast in a gorgeous room, and very warm staff. Dorothy and her daughter were very kind and accommodating. We miss Minnie!
Although our room was nice, large, and had a stupendous view, the bathroom was tiny and a little musty after showers. Bed was a little bit hard.

The palace is like a wonderful museum, the Lady was very kind, she was also guiding us through the fully decorated rooms. The breakfast was fitted to our different intolerancies.
Perfect stay !

Our host Dorothy and her gorgeous pet Mimi!
A remarkable and stunning home, filled with history and refinement from the 1700s - it was an honour to be a guest here. Dorothy is a generous and fascinating host, and the accommodation was a very high standard even though we had booked the basic room! We would like to thank Dorothy for welcoming us and we must return "pronti" to experience Venafro once more.
