Individual villa on a private plot, the garden and the pool are protected for your privacy. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and terrace, all in about 110 square meters, the plot consists of about 500 square meters.
The house is located about 150 meters from the bay of Cap d'Artrux where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
At 500 meters we have the bus stop and the supermarket and 5 minutes by car the beaches of Calan Bosch and are xoriguer and also the marina of "El Lago".
7 kilometers from the house is Ciutadella.

The house was clean and very confortable. A wonderful garden with a little but nice swimming pool. All the main services are given and the host is very kind and available. The location is very good you can reach Ciutadela and all the beaches in few minutes by car.

Maria and Tolo are perfect. Very kind and they have a very special attention to our wellbeing during our stay. The house is close to Ciutadella ( 10mins ) in a very quiet place. The house is perfect for a family… very confortable for a couple. The pool is large enough and privacy is provided. I’m starting to count down my days before our next travel to Minorca.

Property was lovely and Maria and her son was very helpful and lovely people. The property is about 30 minute walk to the marina, and I was with the elderly and young so I’d suggest a car if this is the case for you. Other then that we all had a wonderful holiday.

We couldn't have been more happier with our recent stay at Maria's villa in Cap d'Artrutx. From the very beginning Maria kept in touch with good communication, and at one point, as we had a very late flight on our last night even offered to store our bags at her house in Ciutadella until we were ready to make our way to the airport. In the end we didn't need to as we hired a car (always recommended) and kept the bags in the boot but it was a lovely touch nevertheless. We also arrived late but that was no trouble for Maria's son Tolo who met us at the villa and showed us around. As he showed us around we noticed that there was only air-conditioning in the lounge and one of the bedrooms was missing a fan. I mentioned this to Tolo and the very next morning a replacement was waiting for us outside. Tolo was also quick in confirming the wifi password as it was not clear. Overall the villa is set in a residential street just two minutes walk from the coast (no beach, just rocks, but a perfect place to watch the orange sunsets) and felt very safe and quiet. There are 4 restaurants and 3 supermarkets (cheaper than down the road in Cala en Bosc) just up the road in Cap d'Artrutx but even in the height of the summer season the restaurants seemed very quiet and desolate and you do wonder how long it'll be before they join the other closed down establishments in this area. For evening, the harbour area is recommended, especially La Fontana who do the best breakfasts and pizzas (not at the same time!) The villa itself is a perfect home from home, set in well cared for gardens (Maria comes every other day to water the plants) and the perfect pool. It's quite shallow so perfectly safe for children with only the far corner where my feet didn't touch the bottom (I'm 6 foot). It's not the largest so not ideal if looking to put in lengths, but great for family fun and for cooling off after a hot day exploring. Inside were three well sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds), two bathrooms, a nice comfortable lounge/diner and a narrow kitchen, all of which were spotlessly clean. Some of the fixtures and fittings could probably do with a bit of money and TLC being spent on it and an information book would have been handy, but overall we were very happy indeed and will be looking to rebook as we loved the villa, the friendly owners and the area itself.

Grundstück und Lage hervorragend. Pool in Ordnung. Grill nicht brauchbar. Wohnzimmer in Ordnung. Schlafzimmer in Ordnung. Ein Bett mit schlechter Matratze. Badezimmer beiden grad so abnehmbar. 80er bis 90er Jahre. Küche ebenfalls 25 Jahre alt., klein und unpraktisch eingerichtet. Für 6 Personen viel zu klein. Fazit: Das sehr gute Wetter hat viel entschädigt. War gut, aber nicht wieder. Menorca wir kommen wieder.

La ubicación del chalet es fantástica, en una urbanización tranquila y muy familiar cerca del Far d' Artrutx donde se pueden ver unos atardeceres espectaculares. Está a pocos minutos en coche de Ciutadella La casa está perfecta, cuenta con todas las comodidades. Está en óptimas condiciones y sobre todo, muy limpia. Los propietarios son realmente amables y es muy fácil mantener el contacto con ellos . Un lugar para repetir

Nous avons passé 15 jours extraordinaires dans la maison de Maria... C'est une hôte géniale avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à converser, même dans un espagnol plus qu'approximatif !!! Sa maison est parfaite pour les vacances avec les enfants. Nous en avons deux de 4 et 8 ans et ils ont adoré la piscine et le jardin. De notre côté, nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse ombragé et tout l'équipement de la maison. La situation géographique est également très bonne puisque la maiosn est située à proximité immédiate des plus belles plages de minorque. Vous pouvez même vous contentez d'une seule plage car elle est accessible à pied !!! Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans ce quartier calme... La fils de Maria, Tolo, est également très prévenant. Nous avions oublié quelques vêtements en partant et il nous les a gentillement amené jusqu'au port d'où nous prenions le bateau de retour et duquel nous ne pouvions pas ressortir !!! Adorable. Nous pensons même à refaire nos vacances à minorque l'an prochain et pourquoi pas, dans la maison de Maria !!!

La casa è esattamente come descritta, graziosa ed accogliente. Abbiamo trovato tutto ordinato, pulito, ben tenuto. E' fornita di tutto l'occorrente per la cucina e la tavola. La piscina è stata apprezzata moltissimo dai bambini per i loro giochi, ma anche da noi adulti per rinfrescarci e divertirci. Giardino piccolo e molto curato, ben protetto. In posizione ideale per andare alle spiagge vicine o per scegliere altre mete. E' in un quartiere di residenze estive tranquillo e silenzioso, L'ideale per un totale relax!

From start to finish our stay in cap d’artrutx was fantastic. Great location. Close to the sea and a short walk in to cal en Bosch. Maria and her son Tolo were on hand for us when we arrived, which was early too. We had an issue with the WiFi which was quickly sorted out by Tolo who was very helpful and was always available if needed. I would highly recommend this villa for a lovely stay in menorca and would definitely return for another visit. James

The house was excellent, and we loved relaxing in the lovely garden. The owner responded very promptly to all questions, and was very friendly to deal with.Id give the property 5 stars but 4 stars overall as the Menorcan weather in September was a bit damper than wed hoped.

We have found a perfect house for an holiday week of 6 persons. It was not an house like a lot of others with no familiar imprinting. The furniture and the other elements were like a friends had leaved to us. The garden perfect with a little but clean swimming pool lightened in the evening.. Many thanks to Tolo for his receiving also if very late in the evening for fligth delay.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Villa dal 21 al 30 agosto 2018. Che dire... Stuoenda! Una posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge migliori, la casa in se è curata nei minimi particolari è comoda ed ha un giardino favoloso! I proprietari sono persone stupende ci hanno accolti con tanto calore e la Sig.ra Maria sapendo che sia io che la mia amica “aspettiamo” ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo del giardino 2 confezioni di scarpette da bebè! Gesti che sottolineano la bontà di queste persone. È stato tutto bellissimo e l’isola merita di essere visitata!

Immaculate villa and garden , with homely touches ,run by a local family who are helpful and friendly, villa within walking distance of two adequate supermarkets selling fresh bread and pastries. Just a 5min drive to marina, with gift shops ,restaurants, boat hire and craft stalls and access to two local beaches.

Estancia perfecta! la casa es tal cual el anuncio. Dispone de todo lo que se indica y en buen estado. Urbanización tranquila y cerca de las zonas turísticas. El trato de los dueños es lo que más valoramos: un trato excepcional, mucha amabilidad y atención por parte de ellos antes de llegar, a la llegada y durante la estancia. la próxima vez intentaremos repetir en esta misma casa. Propriétaires très accueillants, petite piscine mais bien pour se rafraîchir, maison bien équipée (lave vaisselle), 3 chambres bien, une des douches mériterait une rénovation mais le propriétaire a dit que ces travaux étaient prévus. Pas loin de CIUTADELLA, très belle ville, belles plages préservées
