Near the sea, and under the hill of San Giusto, a Loft immaculate decor for your stay.
Recently renovated, it is perfect for short and medium periods.
The rates are discounted depending on length of stay, during which you wish to enjoy the beautiful city of Trieste.
The entire area around the apartment you can park your car for free.
A few meters from the apartment there are paid parking.
The fantastic location of the property will make your stay perfect.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Trieste, a charming and characteristic staircase next to the pedestrian area filled with shops, delis and local.
The various museums and other attractions are concentrated in any area.
At 200 meters it will arrive on the shore, out area overlooking the sea.
At 50 meters the pedestrian zone begins.
The apartment is a loft open space of 45 square meters, and comes complete with everything you could possibly need.
We will provide sheets, towels and tea towels for the kitchen.
The bed is a bed with mattress 140x200 cm, also the sofa, with a simple movement, it transforms into a comfortable bed (always with the mattress 140x200 cm).

Denis' apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen implements should you decide to cook. Its location makes it a gem. Close to the heart of town, but far enough from tourist crowds to sit with locals for end of day Campari and chips a block away. Denis was patient with my terrible Italian and his English was terrific. He even helped us get a cab on the way out as I'd goofed that up somehow. Fun spot!

Perfect place for a couple. It is small but has everything you need. We cooked all our meals here, so the kitchen is totally adequate for a weeks stay. The location could not be better, and an easy walk to the port, as well as all the sights. Great hosts.

Compact apartment with everything you need in an area 5 mins from the shore with lots of eating, drinking and museum options. Good bus service if you don't fancy 10 min walk to the centre. Suggest providing check-in/out details ahead of time as well as bus details from station. There were no taxis when we arrived.

What a great stay we had. We were in Cavana for 8 days and used its wonderful location as a base for exploring Trieste, enjoying the beautiful people and nightlife of Cavana, and taking day trips to Slovenia and Croatia. The hosts are fantastic, and we fell in love with the Pogri House and its neighborhood. We would 10/10 come back to the property again. I grew up in Trieste, and come here frequently. I’m grateful I know about this little diamond.

The location was very convenient to the waterfront, restaurants and museums. The place was quiet and comfortable and well appointed. Our host Dennis was very accommodating and suggested places for coffee and great meals and made our stay in Trieste very fine.

This was a wonderful apartment centrally located in Trieste. It is walking distance to the central square, conference center, and many restaurants. A few of our favorites were Mug and Osteria di Mare Aalla Voliga (local seafood place with a wonderful owner). There is a fully functional kitchen, but we did not use it :) The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would really love to come back to Trieste. If we do, we will stay here again!

The apartment is lovely, clean and cheerful. There is everything necessary, and more, to insure a comfortable stay. Denis and Camilla are perfect hosts and very accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to a friend and would gladly return here myself.

The appartment is very nice and is exactly like in the pictures. Recently renovated, it is clean and well equiped. The only thing that we though missing is a bottle opener. There is also a bunk bed but it is nice. But the appartment is very nice and cosy. The location is also very good in the middle of the old city and there is a supermarket 100 metres from it. Appartment refait à neuf très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Commerces à proximité. Très bien équipé et confortable, il manque juste un ouvre bouteille. Le lit est superposé mais reste agréable. Le look du studio est exactement comme sur les photos.

We stayed for 7 days in the studo apartment and it was amazing. It's only round about 2 walking minutes away from the next supermarket and pedestrian zone, 5 walking minutes away from the coast, an approximately 5-10 walking minutes away from the main square, the "piazza unita d'italia" where you can find everything from restaurants/cafes/bars to botiques/clothes shops. As for the apartment, it has been clean and there was enough space for clothes etc.The kitchen is perfectly fine and the bathroom is completly equipped with hair dryer etc. Contact by E-mail and mobile-phone has been very informative and the owner of the apartment is very amiable and speaks english fluently. We can totally recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to have a trouble-free and relaxed vacation in Trieste.
