Loved the room, the view, the coffee setup, the Wi-Fi, the furnishings and the in-room tub. Loved the feel and the friendly staff.
The lack of an iron in the room and the TV/Roku setup was very cumbersome. The Roku device was old and super slow. We couldn’t watch anything. It’s an easy fix to upgrade.

The location is gorgeous, the indoor hot tub a treat, and the size of the room impressive with a comfy bed! Happy hour at the Inn overlooking the bay was serene and glorious! Rooms come with all the amenities you need, including a french press and other tea and coffee options for a morning fix.
The room was very warm when we arrived. The local temps don't climb past mid-60s, but inside the room remained warm despite circulating air with the two fans and windows kept open all day and night. The breeze was a welcome reprieve in the evenings, but the noise from keeping the window opened was disruptive.

Breakfast served too late.
First room booked was too small. They did move us too a larger room for the second night that was fine.
Alli all a nice place with friendly staff.
We were a little dissapointed in our first nights dinner. Halibut overcooked.

Room was very nice.
Brunch with a view was wonderful.
Staff from arrival to departure were very professional, kind and accommodating
The pull out bed in my room was not comfortable at all.

Didn't eat breakfast there. The restaurant doesn't open until 9 am and we wanted to get an earlier start. The steak and lobster dinner was enough food for two.
Had to close the windows to get some sleep because the sea lions were barking until the wee hours of the morning. The refrigerator in the room had to be unplugged because it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

We loved our room! The bed was very comfortable. We also loved that there was a full coffee bar in the room with a French Press as well as a Nespresso machine! The staff went above and beyond to deliver extra water and a blanket later in the evening after office hours! This was truly appreciated.
We were not very impressed with the restaurant. The quality of the food was not worth the price.

I love this location. It’s become my favorite hideout.
I didn’t like that I purposely didn’t bring my dogs because I wanted a break, and I still go stuck in a dog friendly room. I was really hoping for a room more cozy with carpets.

The room was nice, the caramels a bonus. The (presumably filtered) water for drinking and making coffee was great. The coffee machine and french press with instructions were great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The large bottles of soap dispensers for the shower were great, love that we didn’t produce lots of waste in the form of small single use bottles. Hot water in the shower was instant.
The second queen was a fold out bed, noted in the description of the room, that wasn’t especially comfortable and the room was very cramped when it was folded out.

Breakfast was fine.
You could use some uplifting paintings instead of the dark one you now show.

The location is great. The cocktails are nice.
I was put in a room right by the restaurant kitchen. You had to walk through the actual restaurant to get to it. It was a "spare" room I found out later. It was right by the speakers with tables and people eating literally just outside your door. When I asked for another room I was told, in front of other guests "What did you expect booking with a third party. You only paid this, the other rooms go for X amount of money". A guest is a guest. You don't justify putting someone in the worst room possible on purpose and being rude to them, just because they didn't book directly with the hotel. If you hate hotel websites so much, then don't be on them. I have never experienced that kind of treatment any where I stayed, it was embarrassing that she talked about money in front of other guests. To be fair, once I told them I'd cancel my stay, they offered to change my room for the second night to a nice one. However, again acting like I was getting some huge favor and talking about money in front of other guests. The lady watched us drag heavy luggage up the stairs, only to go "Ooops, your room is in another building" when we came back down. She laughed at us trying to navigate getting the luggage sorted in the pouring rain. Terrible customer service. To top it of, my friend, who is allergic, got cross-contamination from the food in the restaurant.

Beautiful location. The landscaping and view were amazing.
I booked through a third party but the description explained a fire place and our room did not have one. The ad looked different than the room we got. That was through booking.com

Location & architecture: situated off the Pacific Coast Highway overlooking Noyo Harbor with Arts & Crafts/California Bungalow style. Rooms and amenities very nice, some with private balconies. Pleasant gardens with secluded areas, path to the harbor, harbor overlooks, etc. Excellent restaurant with well-situated and arranged outdoor seating above the marina - heat lamps and sun shades ensure comfortable dining. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff.
