Clean, adequate, bit noisy from MassPike. Shows some updating progress, needs more. Price too high.

Excellent, convenient location to West Stockbridge village. Cleanliness.

The sheets were clean, comfortable, but not fitted well to the bed; they were coming off after just one night's sleep. Several lampshades were broken and junky-looking. The gentleman greeting guests thru the window at the office could have been a little more friendly and less business-focused.

I would not advertise for this hotel on your website. It is not the hotel that it looks like.

Nothing good to say! This place should be shut down. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on the beds. Absolutely disgusting. The photos are photoshopped. We walked in to the room and left. Stained bedspread, looked like blood on the rug, the showers were falling in and the 2 inches of dust on everything proved it had not been stayed in for awhile at least not cleaned in a year. It was obvious the door jam had been kicked in at some point. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Not worth the money.

Close to Tanglewood and there was no issue checking in early. They were very accommodating.

Outdated, shower unable to regulate cold/hot. No noticeable dirt but not a clean feeling.

Fair enough.

Location. Price. Last minute trip. Reasonable price for busy touristy area. Clean bathroom. Clean linens. Not uncomfortable bed.

The smell of stale smoke from years gone by in our "smoke free room". Skip breakfast. 1 green banana, packaged mini muffins, powdered creamer. The old kitchenette still there, decommissioned. Questioned safety

Totally adequate budget motel room in close proximity to Tanglewood.

The location was perfect since we were attending an evening performance at Tanglewood and it was easily assessable.

The breakfast was limited. There was no hot water or tea, just coffee and only powder creamer.

The price was really great and all in all can't complain. Microwave and fridge was good to have

Well the ice in parking lot could've been done a little better almost slipped a couple of times from my car to the door. The beds were a little rocky if you were not careful where you sat on the bed.

great basic place with affordable rates to have a place to sleep in the bershires.

the staff was extremely nice. they had the room warm for my arrival. also called to check in at night and in the morning.

Good price, and friendly staff, but old facility that needs updating.

Breakfast was bare minimum and no indoor place to eat - It was raining and cold and the only things offered were coffee, bagels, bananas, cold cereal and juice in an outdoor seating area - Table cloths were old and ripped.

The interior needs to be updated in our room. It was clean, but very tired! Old fixtures, no real breakfast area, Very dark in the rooms,

It was a reasonable place to stay, but nothing special.

It was the least number of options offered for a breakfast we have ever seen, bagels & 2 dry cereals.

Two of the electric lamps had damaged sockets. There was some mold in the bathroom.

The bathrooms were updated and clean - the whole place needs painting and major overhaul.

It’s just really run down and needs updating and airing out. Rooms were very musty smelling.
