The house is located in close proximity to the sea and is particularly popular with boat owners, since here almost all houses provide enough storage space for boat trailer and own boat moorings with a view relationship to the house. The house has a well-kept garden with a covered barbecue terrace and pets are welcome. A washing facility for laundry is at the landlords, who also live in the house throughout the year.
