Lovely stay overall. Right in the city centre. Was very clean apartment. Great Staff.

Location. Location was amazing right Im the town centre. Staff are so nice and friendly. We would stay again if these items below were available .

Air Con wasn’t powerful enough. No Air Con in Living Area, that would have been nice to be there also. Was hot in this room and there is a sofa bed there to sleep so was quite warm. Due to no air con in that room we hung around the bedrooms mostly. The shower pressure was not good, only some water coming out of the holes in shower head. The tap in bath is loose. No toiletries. And only 1 paper roll left for 5 people. We bought ourselves some. Needs some renovating of the items above mentioned.

Very central-located, in the heart of belgrade. The hotel was renovated in an older building, room facility were as expected. Front desk staff very friendly.

Could be better!

Location was perfect. Guy at the reception was friendly and helpful! Internet was good, room was nicely warm and bed was comfortable.

When I booked this apartment, I tought that I will stay in the main building, but than at the day of my arrival they said that they upgraded me with a bigger suite which was in another building. That was fine, but that new “upgraded” suite was nothing similar to those on photos. Somehow, overall experience was not pleasant because there were construction workers in the building, door of the apartment was so thin that I could hear everything from oustide of my “suite”. Smell from the bathroom and from room was awful, and It was hard to deal with it. Sunblinds/Curtains didn’t work, so there was no privacy in the room. As well there is broken heating machine which doesn’t have any function since there is heating from the floor. So that machine which is really physically broken, should be removed from the room.

Must place to stay if you want to stay at city center

So the location was in the city centre, so literally, you are living between an open-door shopping centre. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was on top of their game.

So this is an intersting one, I booked a non-cancellation non-refundable at the hotel for 2 days, and somehow I had to cancel one day stay these guys were so nice they did not charge me, so who does that in this current world? On top of that, at their reception, there is this Anilton guy who treats the guest are their own house guest; he helped me in each and every possible way. I would recommend everyone who visiting Belgrade and wanna stay near the city centre, please do stay at theirs. They are 24 by 7 available, their management is really supportive to their staff and their staff is really supportive of the guests.

Location , weather control,

Pricey but no complaintary breakfast for the price paid , I moved to another property for my rest of the stay for half price with scruptuious bf . the fridge only heats not cools!
