A lovely clean home but totally unsuitable for letting.
The room was too small with no coffee/tea making facilities. No room for luggage and very dangerous steep narrow stairs. Couldn't access room before 5pm and rather rude/dismissive owner. Should be a either single bed or let as couple as no room to separate beds as advertised as supposed to be a twin. Box room.

very nice clean bed and breakfast . especially all information about the history and also the authentic interior .
Very nice and helpfull host
the breakfast and the setting looked also very nice . But we had another appointement so we don' t took breakfast .
the room was very small

the nice ambient of the house and the love and care for detail! you can tell that the owners pay a lot of attention to their accommodation to make it comfortable!
nothing really, but the toilet was not enclosed but next to the room instead. still private, however maybe not something for everyone.

Clean, clean, clean!
The room, the establishment are spotless clean ! I didnt had breakfast since I stayed only one night and leave next morning to another city but now I regret it . I should ..because Peter and Mark are 2 extraordinary fellows and for sure they take care about their customers as should. The room quite small for ones that never visit Netherlands , the WC was separated on the hallway but belongs to each room and shower inside the room. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows too.
Location is reachable by foot from train station . Grocery store at the end of the street if you need.
I will return for sure!
The complicated stairs, when you go up with your luggage is a bit hard. But Mark helped us! :)

10 minutes by foot from the railway station. the hosts helped us carry our luggage! he also gave us a very helpful citymap and explained us the city. quiet location. excellent and rich breakfast in a beautiful garden. nice old building. great view from the window.
almost everything was perfect. the rooms are small but this is common in the netherlands.

The house is lovely. The room was perfect for us. The area is quiet, so we slept very well. The location is great and located very central. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed absolutely every bit of our stay!

The breakfast was excellent. The room is recently or newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable room with all the stated amenities. Separated toilet from the bathroom. The view from the terrace is exceptional. The backyard is also very nice. All the house is very nicely decorated and very well maintained by the owner.
The property is close to the Central Railway station and well positioned to public transport, walking and cycling facilities. There is a large park nearby with a forest and canals.
There is a property guide in Dutch, German and English where all the necessary information is stated. The internet (WiFi) access is a very long number sequence different for two local networks, but in English guide only one of them was stated, which rejected the password all the time (so it took me some time to realize what might be the reason for being rejected and to look into the German part of the guide where I found the other one). Please correct this!

We didn't take any breakfast, so cannot rate. But everything else was extraordinary: the reception and the friendly chat with the owner, the spotlessly clean room, the comfy beds, the nice old building, the location (10 min walk to Mauritshuis, very quiet so you can leave the windows open at night) and the free parking. Highly recommended!
