Good location and easy to find in Queen Creek. The Casita was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable for my son and I. Also, the communication with the host was great with quick responses.
There were no issues whatsoever with this Casita!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend, it’s the front room with its own entrance. Clean, plenty of room in the closet and close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very nice

Good location.
No place to park, except on the street. Refrigerator didn’t work properly. No place to sit comfortably. You can put all the pillows you want on a day bed, but it’s not a comfortable place to sit. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper when I arrived and had to ask for some. Also had to ask for the WiFi password. The password should have been sent in the same message with the pass code for the door.

There was. a door in the unit that hook to the owner home that you could not lock from your side. They had access to the unit when you were not there and while you were sleeping

The property was very clean and comfortable. very nice unit. The owner very nice lady. The Casita is located in a nice residential area. Location is great!
Only issue I had was parking issue. You are not supposed to park on street but in driveway but my vehicle was SUV so had to ask for them to move vehicle. Also, the Casita is actually attached to house. Its like a master suite. I thought it was a back unit. So you can hear the noises from inside house and I’m sure they can hear yours. We found ourselves whispering a lot.

This is a room rental- recamara. There is a door that leads to the main house from the room- you can hear the residents. There is a dog in the main house- a yorkie. It peeks through the door threshold. According to the owner, the entire casita rental advertised means attached room not little house. We did not receive a refund for false advertising-room vs entire home. And no pets were mentioned in the ad- consider tenants with asthma/pet allergies and children. Booking.com did not help.

it is in a good location and very quiet
the mattress was worn out and the only place to sit was a day bed which is very deep. we ended up buying two folding chairs at Walmart and donated them to goodwill when we left. The hot water was out from late Sunday night until Tuesday afternoon. the only option from the host was to check out for our last two days and receive credit for one day or he offered to bring us a pot of boiling water

Location was absolutely great from where we had our son's soccer tournament (Bell Bank Park). It was close to shopping, restaurants and the event location. Easy in and out and accessible. Beautiful little casita in a beautiful neighborhood and it met and fit the needs of the trip.
It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer and a small table/ chairs to be able to eat our meal. Aside from that, it was absolutely perfect.

Location is ideal for airline passengers. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and well stocked with towels, blankets and such. Easy key pad access.
Just a few little things to make this very good property even better:
- TV remote was broken, and TV sporadically shut off. Poor programming available.
- No towel racks or hooks for wet towels.
- No chairs or table of any kind but has refrigerator and microwave. Couch is a very wide day bed you can't lean back in.

close to shopping and family
musical cars ,parking in driveway at night curbside I day

safe neighborhood with walking paths
feels like you’re living with the residents-thin walls-you can hear them talking, constant coughing, washer, and can snell their meals.
landscaper blower noise on a sat morning was terrible.

What breakfast???
It wasn't clean! I clean for a living, so I know what it should look like.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The sofa bed in not the best but good enough for kids. It was very close to the event center would our competition was taking place so that's what we liked about it the most.
The parking situation is not the most convenient but not a deal breaker. The sofa bed is good for kids only, not for adults. Everything else was perfect.

Clean, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house and comfortable interior.
Nothing, everything was great.

Quiet community. Easy access to shops and restaurants and major streets to other Phoenix area locations. Able to park car in driveway.
Some items you need to bring yourself, if needed/desired: cups, bowls, utensils. nightstand reading lamp. fridge cooled OK but didn't chill items well, but freezer portion worked well.

location to everything we needed was great.
maybe just a little bit small but it works for a couple.

The location was perfect for where we needed to travel to for our competition . The space was clean.
There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We eventually received sheets and a comforter which were placed outside of the door sometime after we had already gone to sleep. I used a couple towels the first night as a blanket and slept in my clothes. You could hear the residents in the next door part of the house. It was loud because of the way the sound travels. A lot of loud coughing from an individual who sounded very sick all of the night s we stayed. Then there was a chirping noise in the early morning the final day after the residents left for work around 6 something. I think it was part of there alarm system. We decided to pack it up and leave earlier since we were up. And there was only one partial roll of toilet paper but we used it sparingly. We bagged all our garage for them and placed sheets and towels in the hamper before we left.

There is no meal included which we knew in advance. There is a good refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee maker. The location was outstanding. Less than 5 minutes to the venue we were there for as well as exellent restaurants and shopping. It was far above what we expected in all aspects.

There were no meals.
Better parking arrangemets.

It was clean.
Was advertised as a full house with king bed queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was anything but sleeper. It had an old spring 3" mattress and after 3 of 7 nights we moved to a hotel. This is not meant for more than 2 people.

Everything. Its a cozy spot and local to anything you would need for your stay. Pretty quiet and clean. The bed is big and comfortable and doubles as a great work space. I wish I could have spent more time in the unit relaxing, but it was a busy trip. The highlight for me is when I needed a iron and ironing board and the owner provided it for me. I actually asked reluctantly not expecting much. They came through and I looked sharp. May God continue to bless this home.
I don't stay at air bnb's often so its tough to say. If anything I would say that the large SUV should probably not be in the driveway. And or trim the plants on the right side of the driveway. As I drove in I could hear the plants sorta scraping along the side if my car. My car is old and has been through worse, so Im not concerned but I say it for the future traveler.
