Good
Welcoming, good breakfast. Peaceful and quiet. It's not a hotel.
It's quite rustic and not polished.

NOT a sheepfarm anymore, misleading photos and text
Lars and Monica Renström are very sweet and kind people and they try their very best to make you feel at home. The farm is located in the countryside. Very quiet and rural. But please do also read the rest of my comments below.
The information on booking.com and the website of the farm itself is very outdated. The sheep are long gone. All is left is the farmhouse where Lars and Monica try very hard to hold on to the good memories of the past. One bedroom is in the middle of the house i.e. their own living space and you sleep amongst personal belongings. The living room is messy, stuff and piles of laundry all. Not very clean either. The comfort of the double bed was fine. You have to cross the living room in order to get to your (private) bathroom. The bathroom is all right. There is a very small sauna, not sure if it still functions. The jet stream shower does not function any more. Regular shower functions. From this room there is no window with a view to the outside at all. You look at the inside area where the whirlpool is located. The second bedroom is in the old stables. The bedroom has no windows / view. Quite dark. It has supposedly a "hall" with an extra bed.... these words do not fit the reality of the space. There is a couch which could also function as a third bed. Next to the couch there is a shelf with a microwave on it. Space is too small to function properly. There is a window in this area. The bathroom is all right as far as m2 is concerned, but very very basic. This second room was not clean at all: hairs in the bed and lots of hair in the shower, lots of dust everywhere. What bothers us most, is that nothing is at all like the description on booking.com or the website of the farm itself. The pictures and text are misleading. You expect to arrive in a well running farm with lots of people and activities. But those days are long gone. You are promised an American Irish breakfast but in reality there is porridge, boiled eggs, toast and yoghurt. NB for those interested: the hot tub / whirlpool & sauna are adjacent to the dining room and not private at all. On Booking.com a swimming pool is mentioned. Does not exist. There is no restaurant either.

Absolutely fantastic.
The location was perfect in the beautiful countryside and the breakfast was superb. Hospitality beyond any expectations and I can recommend this accommodation whole-heartedly.
The only thing I didn't like was that we were able to stay there only for one night due to our schedule - would've loved to stay for a longer time. :)

A charming Swedish farmhouse that’s perfect for exploring your heritage!
A real Swedish farmhouse with homemade meals and friendly and helpful proprietors. I learned so much from Lars about the history of the area, where to visit and even about my family heritage.
It vastly exceeded my expectations!
