This Hotel is a great choice for the area the hotel to ski lift experience is second to none. The east of parking and accessing your room is fantastic and takes all the hassle away from you end skiing
The spa should have a children’s hour with reduce facilities
The kids also want to have fun !!!!
4.2
location, atmosphere, part of a larger group with spa restaurants child care
a bit pricey
4.2
amazing location, pretty reception area , comfy rooms
cost of buffet and spa - very expensive and disappointed the swimming pool wasn’t included . bar staff were a little light on the ground in the evenings. but maybe that was because the season was coming to an end.

Mountain View from room/balcony were without a doubt my favourite. Breakfast and views whilst dining were excellent
4.2
Great location
The hotel was beyond hot with no way to control the room temperature. The decor is dated and old fashioned
4.2
location decor
paying for the spa should be inclusive.

location
noise in the room from the cars passing.

the location was perfect. The breakfast lovely.
You will have to pay for a 2h access to the spa, which you also have to book in advance. Dinner was buffet style and over priced for what it was. No teenage ‘common room’ or other facilities.

The staff were lovely. The food was good - not exceptional but fine. Our room offered a beautiful view of the ski area. The bathroom was well appointed with plenty of towels.
The rooms were a little cramped and should have had tea/coffee making facilities. The open plate of cakes in the foyer at a cost of 2 Euros each were unappetising. Similar ski resort hotels we have visited offer hot drinks and light snacks free of charge for guests in the afternoon.
4.2
Pretty much everything. Clean spacious hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Fabulous breakfast choice. Proximity to lifts. Wish we'd had longer to stay in the spa!
Room was very hot even with radiators off and door open with -10 degrees outside!

The hotel has a very warm and spacious atmosphere and includes a welcoming lounge where guests can relax and listen to live music (we had the opportunity to watch and listen to a very talented pianist). Breakfast and dinner are buffet served and include a chef or two who prepare omelettes on the spot for breakfast and meat/fish etc for dinner. Overall food was fairly good. The gym is always a highlight, you can sign up for classes such as pilates or stretches with Esther (a local Andorran). The spa is fantastic (it costs €45 per person) but it is heaven on earth after a day out skiing. Shout out to Armando and all the staff in the food/beverages area for the great energy and service.
Milk wasn't fresh on one of the mornings, but was handled quickly once the situation was addressed. Lady who checked us in spoke spanish a little too fast, which made the check-in feel a tiny bit unwelcoming. However, all in all, staff were absolutely lovely, including reception staff.

Great location
Shame the swimming pool was so expensive & no discount offered for hotel guests
4.2
Breakfast, room was pretty and confortable. You have the ski rental, locker, and mountains right there.
A hotel like this should have parkings for their clients without any charges

Location, Breakfast, Value for money
Use of Spa was very expensive

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has nice decor, well-maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location for lift access is superb.
Resort managed restaurants were quite pricey and mediocre to poor. That's not uncommon for this type of destination, but sadly the local area doesn't offer many other choices.
Climate control in the rooms is lacking and that was a problem because the room was roasting hot. We slept with the door to the outside open, radiators off, and I still found myself waking up drenched in sweat.
4.2
The hotel is quite nice, lobby is beautiful. location perfect.
very very hot and dry in the rooms, opening windows didn’t really help as they faced the noisy street. As a result sleep was poor and not aided by cheap pillows. for the price which would normally be a top hotel in the season, this is hardly acceptable.
